El servicio vendido no es real, no está calculada la capacidad de carga, la playa no es bonita, además del agua estancanda sin olas, ingresan lanchas y motos, te bañas en basura y gasolina y con peligro. La comida es muy corriente, luego de largas filas La piscina es totalmente llena y no encuentras lugar

No vayan a este sitio, ni pasadia, ni nada. (¡NO VENIR!) Es un lugar horrible está prácticamente al frente de la playa de boca grande por lo que no se puede considerar un lugar turístico. No tiene playa, es mas un “cayo” - “lago” que no fluye y tiene mal olor. El mar no tiene olaje por lo que el agua tampoco llega a ser, refrescante. Al lado del mismo vierten toda la basura y tiene un ambiente nauseabundo. La piscina es como en las fotos, pero lo que no se muestra es el olor tan desagradable a cañería y el mal cuidado de la misma. El almuerzo es buffet para el cual tendrás que hacer una enorme fila y la verdad no es nada rico. Las personas no son agradables, no prestan toallas, los vestidores son pequeños, cerca del lugar pasan muchas motos y durante mi estadía atropellaron a alguien, por lo que llega a ser un lugar peligroso para ir con niños Por favor no dañen su viaje visitando este lugar tan desagradable, si su asesor de viajes le recomienda este sitio, cambie de asesor de viajes.

Es un lugar recomendado para ir en familia, tiene una zona de playa grande y es tranquila para utilizar los kayak y paddle, la piscina es de agua dulce y jacuzzi nuevos, tiene baños con ducha, zona de hamacas, almuerzo tipo bufet, lugares para tomar unas fotografías super lindas con la vista de los edificios de Cartagena.

La isla es muy bonita amena, va muchísima gente es importante que vayas cuando no estén fechas especiales, para evitar congestiones, pero cheverisima la Piscina todo estuvo estupendo, el almuerzo bien para quedar satisfechos, sin exceder

Hemos tenido una experiencia maravillosa en Palmarito Beach. El lugar es paradisíaco, perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del mar. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Jhonny Orosco por su excelente atención y amabilidad. Estuvo siempre atento a nuestras necesidades y nos hizo sentir como en casa. ¡Gracias Jhonny por hacer nuestra visita aún más especial!

Veramente un posto orribile, di fronte a bocca grande, il mare è una laguna verde schifosissima, è in piscina era impossibile stare perché usciva una puzza di fogna dal bagno lì vicino, il personale è stato indisponente e maleducato, un posto in cui non torneremo mai più!

A relaxing day at a nice beach club with fun water activities, a very quick (10 minutes) boat road from Cartagena and friendly and welcoming staff. Would recommend to spend a day to get away from the city and chill out! Buffet lunch was included in the price and was OK. Drinks were reasonable price in comparison to other islands around the area.

Estuve de pasadía en Palmarito Beach y la experiencia fue FENOMENAL, desde que llegamos, los colaboradores muy amables, la comida deliciosa, amé las canastas de patacón con pollo. Tienen gran variedad de cocteles de autor y Jefry, el Jefe de Bares, se encarga de explicar cada uno y recomendar con base a tus gustos. El diseño de la nueva piscina es un must que se debe visitar, es demasiado linda. Sin duda, VOLVERÉ!

Horrible attention to such a nice place, some workers are rude and the others are so annoyed by your presence you feel like a burden for just existing. My server at the pool was ignoring me straight to my face, i went to her 2 times and she still didn’t came to my bed, when she came and took the drink order she took another 30 min to get them to me and then she never came back to check again. I left and I almost had the option to not pay the check at all but it still did it and with the gratuity included which she really doesn’t deserve at all, At the end when I was leaving I paid everything and then she came running because she noticed I left and came running with the check. Oh so you do notice me right? You just don’t care about hospitality and a good service, you just came running because you thought I didn’t pay. Literally save yourself the noisy day and bad service and go to any other place.
