I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is charming and in a great location -- the neighborhood is quiet and close to all the historic sites so you can walk to everything. The dedicated staff are outstanding -- they went out of their way to make sure they took care of our needs.

Un hôtel bien placé, à taille humaine, très paisible, relaxant, avec un personnel adorable, souriant et efficace. Une mention spéciale à Fernando pour les petits-déjeuners et les pauses gourmandes ! Nous avons adoré l’endroit qui permet de se rendre en quelques minutes partout dans la vieille ville.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is small, but you get personalized attention. The service was excellent. The room we stayed in was on the first floor with two beds. The room was kept very clean. Breakfast was cooked specifically for us. It is also in a good location in the walled city near many restaurants and sites. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in Cartagena.

This is an absolute must stay hotel in Cartagena. From the moment we arrived we were treated with warmth and friendliness beyond compare. The hotel is gorgeous and feels very special. Alice, Luis and Fernando took such amazing care of us, from making reservations and giving recommendations, to giving us insight on what it is to be Colombian (and what cool jewelry the Gen Z are wearing!) We will miss our time here and hope to come back and stay here again. Also, the breakfast was delicious, the pool and hot tub were excellent especially during the hottest points in the day, and we were very grateful for the laundry service! Thank you Hotel Quadrifolio! (I also wrote this on Google!)
