1. If there is no sea view room at check-in, the hotel will downgrade it to a normal room;
2. For room type downgrade, the hotel claims that it will compensate with free breakfast. But our reservation itself already included breakfast;
3. When checking in at night, the receptionist did not speak English and his communication skills were almost zero;
4. There is a lot of room for improvement in details, and health issues need further attention;
5. Ctrip has excellent customer service and helps solve problems in a timely manner.

Great location. The service was friendly and good. Katia was very helpful. This hotel was so cute and right in front on the beach. The breakfast was good. The restaurant had good lunch/dinner options. Only 10 minutes drive to the airport. Not far from the Walled City. I’d love to stay here again.

The property itself is great, the surroundings are not at the same level as the property. Very lonely at nights, the beach just up front the property doesn't seem very nice. We really enjoyed are stay, we travelled with my wife, 1 son 1 year old age daughter 6 years old...

The staff was excellent. Dawid at the bar was so attentive and helpful and likewise with David at the front door. Oscar at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

I would recommend to stay
Inside the wall city. This hotel is on the mail road and there is a lot of sound from the vehicles and the traffic is until 11pm

Excellent Location Right across from the beach and not too far from airport. Staff is amazing especially David and Roxanne Nightly turn down service with delicious chocolates. And they have a free shuttle to take you to other parts of town ( return trip is on your own )
