The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. It is very close to Rafael Nuñez International Airport, you can walk, people are very kind, make you feel like at home, especially Beto :) The area is quiet, but everywhere in the world you always have to walk carefully. The room is comfortable, the rich breakfast, especially the coffee with milk :) It has kitchen so if you want you can make the food****. When I come back to Cartagena, I will certainly come back to this place :)

After a long overnight bus journey arriving at the bus station in the main part of Cartagena, I was pretty tired and just wanted to drop my luggage off. Took a cab (20 minutes) to the hotel and the welcoming staff were happy to hold my stuff for a few hours prior to check-in. Was then amazed at the pleasant mainly residential neighbourhood and took a five minute stroll to the beach and then onto the Old Town. Returning to check in later in the day different staff by then were equally helpful and pleasant. Was given a smallish room with efficient air conditioning and small bathroom. The mattress was as firm as could be and I had one of the best sleeps for ages. There was also the availability of a breakfast until 10am which I didn't bother with. Upon checking out staff were again fantastic with holding luggage so I took a ten minute Uber to the Old Town. Returned to pick up my stuff and was amazed that it was only a five minute walk away from the hotel until I was inside the terminal at the airport. Fantastic value for money, perfect location. Friendly staff!!

Amazing hotel. Beautiful view, great beaches and swimming pools. The food was very good and abundant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The beds were like falling in clouds and the room was always immaculately clean 😁 the decor in the lobby was well thought about. But my favourite part was the staff they were sooo nice and engaging, nobody seemed like they were not enjoying work and they were very courteous and willing to assist at anytime. Big shout out to my favourite bar tender Luis from the lobby Angél from the Roof top bar, Leslie our lifeguard, Camilla one of our servers Daniella and Oneyeda from Reception and the ever so kind housing keeping staff and the the General Maanger Jacqueline. Shout out to Johnathan and Kenin and Mateo. You all made us Jamaicans who are hard to please very welcomed keep up the good work. The only thing I will say is that breakfast needs to be a bit more diverse as it was the same thing everyday that can get boring. P.S these guys need better pay for the service they Provide.

We spent 2 nights at the Oresca Hotel. The owners are warm and super friendly. Frokost of 7-9, it was very delicious with eggs,speck waffles and fresh fruits. There was a surprisingly free massage on the first morning. We will definitely recommend that we come back!

Friendly staff and very clean. I always saw them cleaning. Rooms are neat and clean, however a chair is missing in room 1, 2 and 3..otherwise I don't know about the other rooms. These 3 rooms are on a passage to the back 24 smaller rooms and they are very noisy.. you hear everyone talking and walking in the hallway and in the front of the room. Breakfast is small, but ok...eggs with some bread, fruit, juice and coffee. Location is great towards the center and beach with nice boulevard and also very close to the airport.
