Primeiramente PARABÉNS a todos os funcionários pelo atendimento nota 10. Desde o check in, que foi rápidão. O quarto é muito confortável, toalhas e lenções bastante cheirosos. Hotel muito bem cuidado, a limpeza e organização são impecáveis. Para ficar melhor, foi o café da manhã, MUITO...MUITO... gostoso e bem serviço com bastante variedades, a moça que fica na área do restaurante, esqueci de perguntar o nome dela, muito gentil e cuidadosa com tudo. Meus pais amaram a piscina. A localização é outro benefício desse hotel, tudo perto, o Shopping Difusora fica na rua por trás. Esse agora é meu hotel preferido em CARUARU.

Minha estadia no Citi Premium foi MUITO boa até o sabado 28/10 pelas mais ou menos umas 09:00 da manhã, quando eu e minha namorada estávamos descendo para o café da manhã e no aguardo da chegada do elevador para descermos, estava de mão dada com minha namorada e entrei primeiro no elevador e o funcionário no crachá escrito Monteiro estava dentro e aparentando MUITO apressado, não esperou minha namorada entrar no elevador, já foi apertando o botão de fechar a porta, olhei para o mesmo mas não falou uma se quer palavra, muito menos respondeu o nosso Bom Dia e nos dia seguinte o mesmo continuava sem responder o nosso Bom dia, fica aqui meu desabafo sobre a extrema mal educação e destrato com os hospedes do hotel do funcionário Monteiro

Hotel muito bom. Bem localizado, bastante confortável, silencioso e com café bem variado. Único ponto negativo é o banheiro ser pequeno, mas nada que incomode tanto. No geral, muito bom!

O hotel tem boa estrutura, mas os colchões e travesseiros precisam ser trocados, muito ruins, a recepcionista que me atendeu no chek out precisa passar por uma reciclagem, mal educada e grossa, no café da manhã a qualidade dos sucos muito ruim, não disponibiliza sucos naturais nem pagando como extra, e a responsável por esse serviço também muito grossa.
