The hotel is good, with nice location. The room is pretty big. We enjoyed our time there.

The hotel room suite is pretty good, and it's very close to the Raleigh Airport. The Wi-Fi is very good, and even if you call the airport in the middle of the night, you can send a shuttle to pick you up. Breakfast is average, not many choices. Bad experience: When I took the shuttle from the hotel to the car rental point (5 minutes' drive) at 11:30 this morning, I was blackmailed by a black driver and said that the shuttle fee was US$10 and that I had to pay in cash. Even though I knew the shuttle was free, I actually prepared a $10 tip, but when he asked for money, I was the only one in the car at the time. For safety reasons, I gave him the $10 fare and a $10 tip. This $20 taxi ride is definitely more than enough. This experience is really bad

The room is large and quiet, but there are no buildings around, and it feels deserted. The breakfast is quite varied, with many choices. There is an airport pick-up service, just call in advance to confirm.

Young man at the front desk was charming and attentive. Check in was a breeze after a long day of traveling.

No open restaurant when we arrived at 8pm. It was a holiday so no real option for food choices. When we left in the morning around 645am, there was no one at the front desk. A sign stating the person on duty was taking someone to the airport and would return in 15 min. When he returned, he had to do a few other things, like taking out the trash before he could take us to the airport. So who's running the hotel when the front desk person is driving the shuttle bus? I found it quite odd and unsafe that no one is at the front desk for those time periods. I actually felt bad for the front desk person. It is a bit too much for one person.

We were scheduled there for 10 days, they did not inform us at check in that room service is only done at request, by the 3rd day we were confused why our room had not been cleaned, so we asked and the scheduled us for the 4th day only for them to have not entered into the computer so they still did not clean our room, on the 5th day they finally cleaned our room only to give us 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 3 people..breakfast also left a lot to be desired, they offer no meat on the weekends and the food is not all out until 7 am despite the published 6:30 am meaning we could not get breakfast before having to leave for work.

Great location near the airport. The complimentary shuttle from the airport was great. Wish we could have utilized it on our way out but we had an early morning flight! All staff was friendly and accommodating.

I can not say enough about this property! I loved everything about it, especially i appreciated how our room was designed. The King room was thoughtfully thought out excellent design plan.

The french bread for breakfast was excellent! We could see that there were stains marks on the lobby ceilings. We refilled our water bottles in the gym; the water dispenser was dirty. Despise these details we slept really well and it’s nice that they offer breakfast.

We stayed for only one night. The room was big with separate sitting area which was nice. The noise was terrible (planes and beeping from vans), temp in room fluctutated and the breakfast was gross. I thought $150 was expensive for what it was. We won't stay again.

I often stay there whenever I have to take a flight out of RDU because I live 3 hours away from the airport. Sometimes I even stay there if I get in really late. This particular occasion my flight was leaving out at 5:23am and I needed to be at the airport by 4am. When I called to see if shuttle service was available, I was just told, "yes". When I arrived the night before, I tried to sign up for the shuttle service and they told me it didn't start until 5am. There's no way I could wait until 5am to shuttle over to the airport for a flight that was leaving at 5:23am and boarding 30 minutes prior so I had to leave at 3:30am to make sure I got to the parking area, found a parking space and was shuttled from the airport parking to the airport in time to get there by 4am. Not to mention I had to wake up at 3am.......I only arrived at 8pm and couldn't sleep since I was so anxious about making sure I left early enough to get there in time. I'm sure it was my fault for not making sure when I called to find out if they offered shuttle at 4am. It would be nice if when anybody called in and asked about the shuttle they would specify the actually running times for the shuttle if they are not 24 hours like other hotels. I have learned my lesson and will definitely ask from now on. With all that said, I do enjoy staying at this hotel. Staff and facilities are nice.
