Amanda is an absolute Gem! Warm and welcoming and accommodated my request with a smile. Such a professional attitude and an obvious dedication to great customer service. Hotel is in a great location in the mountains. Absolutely gorgeous.

Check in was easy and front desk worker was great. But as soon as we got onto our floor we heard music from, unfortunately, the room right next door. Mind you the music isn't terrible but I didn't come to the hotel for a concert. It's been a long 11 hrs on the road today and 8 tomorrow. Hoping they stop sometime soon!

On a recent road trip January 2024, we spent the night at this property, and I'm so pleased that we did! It was perfect for our needs! The location is very easy and convenient to get to being directly off of the I-75. There was ample parking, and the check-in process was very easy. The suite was very spacious, modern, and clean. The king-size bed super comfortable and supportive with really fluffy pillows. I loved the fact that their bathroom amenities included quality Dove products! Their breakfast is served in a bright, modern and dedicated environment by the front lobby, and it was a true hot breakfast with an ample selection! Oatmeal, hot pancakes from the impressive "press one button only" automated fresh pancake-maker machine, omelets, bacon, sausages, plenty of hot coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and more! The wi-fi connection was great, and although I didn't have to use it, I did see that they had a guest business space for the use of computers/printing, etc. For the price, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast, and great location for ease of on/off highway access, I would definitely highly recommend this property. I will definitely be returning in my future roadtrip travels!!

We enjoyed our one night stay here. Check-in was prompt and efficient. The hallways and the room were huge. The room was spotless and the beds were comfy. So why only 4 stars? The shower wasn't very good. The tub was small and narrow with no mat or materials to prevent you from slipping. And the water pressure was quite weak. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Bedding--pillows and mattress--were fine. Breakfast offerings were well supplied and neatly policed. The breakfast server was pleasant and welcoming and did her job well. In general, staff members were very pleasant and helpful. The single elevator was small by American standards and dimly lighted--two of the bulbs were out. The hallways appear narrow and the hall ceilings low (maybe 8 feet). Consequently, I found the hallways claustrophobic.

The GM shipping my iPad to another guest. It has been two months and my device still has not been returned. As for the stay, none of the rooms' TVs worked, they were understaffed so the poor employees were scrambling, the room smelled like bleach over mildew, and the shower was clogged. I have been working with IHG Guest Relations and they informed me the Caryville Holiday Inn is responsible for finding or replacing my device. The GM has, in so many words, said they have no intention of replacing my iPad, and are waiting to hear back from the other customer who, through no fault of their own, has been dragging into this. This has been a truly awful experience.

We arrived around 7:30pm, check in was a breeze, fresh coffee and doughnuts were at the front desk. Our room was huge and clean, the breakfast was excellent and the automatic pancake machine made pancakes better than I could in just two minutes. I would definitely stop here again.

Super clean hotel with large rooms and a very friendly desk staff, beautiful views, the breakfast was awesome. Check in was a breeze. There are quiet a few restaurants nearby and the park is close. Its easy access on and off the highway as well. I highly recommend this hotel!
