Super 8 by Wyndham Caryville TN

I stayed at Super 8 in Caryville Tennessee the room smelled bad, the toilet was dirty inside and out. The towels had holes and were also dirty. When I told the front desk respectfully about these issues they simple said if you don’t like it don’t come back.

This hotel was bad. I could barely open and close the door. Literally, it took two hands pulling and tugging with all my might. Had to kick it closed also. Blood stains all over the towels. Used shampoo and conditioner bottles,half empty and dirty. Holes in the bedding, along with stains all over the bedsheets. Wads of hair in the bottom of the fridge. Room smelled old and dirty. Dust extremely thick throughout the room, and most certainly on the large picture behind the bed. As bad as it was though, housekeeping came up as I was grabbing my last bag and she was soooo rude! She wouldn’t smile, say hello, or anything. That’s not the way to run a business for sure. At least treat your guests with respect. It looks like it’s a family ran business, so you’d think they would treat people the right way. The girl at the front desk was polite when checking out though. With all that said, I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!! EVER.

Never would stay there again and I stay at Florida ones and they are great! It was disgusting I wanted to do a CSI investigation it was that bad! Crap all over walls etc door looked like it wouldn’t take much to kick in

This was the one of the worst hotels that we ever attempted to stay at. Unclean, smelt bad, shady looking place, toilet wasn't even stable. Too many to list! Would not recommend staying here!

Cleanliness was an issue - room not well maintained - stale smelling. Bed was okay, but covers old. Just did not feel like a fresh clean room. - Paint pealing, and dark hair on sink, tub, toliet. Outside was ok, but the room just did not reflect a clean environment. TV remote looked really bad and was all taped up, which made it look dirty, which in turn made me not want to handle it.

I had a VERY unpleasant stay here. All other hotel rooms in the area were booked so I booked a room here and instantly regretted it. By far the dirtiest hotel I have EVER stayed in!! There was blood on the walls, writing on the bathroom door like it was a bar and numerous cigarette holes in the sheets,the bathroom towels had holes in them as well. They changed my room to a cleaner room but I was too disgusted in the first room to sleep comfortably. When checking out the next morning, the front desk attendee who was not there the night before when my room was changed, was mad at ME for changing rooms, he called me a liar and to show him proof, and tried to say the clearly visible BLOOD on the wall was paint. He was VERY rude and aggressive and that just further added to my disgust with the hotel and their staff.

Check your sheets for blood spot, I took a picture showed the lady at the front desk she offered me clean sheets who would want to stay in a room when they didn't change the sheets uckkk so they changed our room no upgrade no partial refund nothing if you own a business like this you need to keep your customers happy

Our Non smoking rooms are misleading,1st one was unacceptable, 2nd room was barely tolerable. The view was very pleasant, but road noise was excessive on our side of the building. Breakfast was down the road.

My husband and I appreciated the quietness, cleanliness, Holy Bible, microwave and refrigerator. We were hoping to watch Fox News, but that channel was not provided. Because of the $102 rate we paid on July 4, we wish more could have been provided for breakfast than coffee, OJ, muffins and granola bars.
