This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

Hotel service is very good, the front desk is warm and patient. The rooms are clean and well equipped. It’s just that the shower is not too good, too high, the water is not concentrated enough, the water runs out of the bathroom door, there is no sewer outside, and the socks that go to the bathroom are wet. I was very satisfied with the Chinese Hotel as my first stop in Casablanca, because after coming from Egypt, I needed a good rest and nourished my stomach. Facilities: The hotel is simple and clean, and the location is good Service: Very good. I like Chinese breakfast so much. There are porridge and side dishes. The Sichuan chef is really good at it.
