The hotel is expensive, a bit aristocratic in Casa, the location is a bit biased, went to the restaurant for a dinner at night, the steak was well made, and the people who eat looked very identity! Breakfast is good! Do n’t go out with your children, it ’s not convenient anywhere, and it causes trouble for others!

Just next to the Four Seasons Hotel, it is not because the flight has been repeatedly canceled that I will no longer choose to extend the stay. Later, it was discovered that the price-performance ratio directly dropped a few grades in the four seasons. First of all, the rooms are suites with sea views, and all of them have sea views. The second price is very suitable, and the third and most important thing is that you can walk directly from the hotel to the beach, which is invincible. In those days, we spent leisurely afternoons on the beach every day, and then went to the Anfa Square to eat and stroll. Four Seasons hasn't come out of this hotel yet. There is a Carrefour below. We go to buy fresh fruits and vegetables and beverages every day. In short, this hotel is highly recommended. The sea view is really invincible.

The service is excellent, which is usual for 4 seasons. The spa was under renovation, which we should have been informed while booking. The other major drawback is the hotel does not have a bar and does not serve any liquor because of its proximity to the Hasán mosque.

The room condition and restaurant are all satisfactory. Located outside the city and there are many companies nearby, so it's a good place to stay for business trips. However, my room did not have a refrigerator or coffee pot ...

I've not been having the best luck with hotels in Morocco - my recent experience at Atlas Orient in Oujda brought to mind one of the great questions, who (was rating that wretched place highly in the 21st century)? My experience at Ibis Abdelmoumen brings to mind another, HOW THO? Like how is this one of the best rated hotels in Casablanca and what does this say for the competition? Let's start with getting in. I 'checked in' online and the email I received boldly stated that my cards would be waiting for me at 12pm. Yo Ibis, maybe be a bit more modest in your aims yeah? 20 plus minutes later after an exhausting journey me and my new closest friend in Morocco (judged by time spent together), the front desk clerk are still finishing off some kind of process (I was just standing there). Needless to say, having stayed at hotels around the world this was longer than all other check Ind by an order of magnitude. Not only this, but my new closest friend tried to charge me the whole price of the stay despite me already paying a deposit - et tu, front desk guy?? (Luckily I wasn't so jetlagged to not notice). At least after such an exhaustive process he endured I got a decent room...oh wait, the toilet was broken and was continuously flushing - which we could hear from the hallway approaching the room. I guess if we'd spent another 20 minutes at the desk they might've caught it. Also these rooms are noisy bruh (Niagara toilets aside), like for real. We were on the 10th and then 8th floor with the window closed and there were so many car honks that you'd think Morocco had just won the World Cup (they hadn't). If 'urban chaos' sounds like your kind of audioscape get down to Ibis Abdelmoumen - just be sure to calculate in to your stay time to spend at the front desk.

Hotel facilities are old and the air conditioning is very loud.
The hotel is located close to the city center and is convenient for travel.
The service staff is more enthusiastic, but the efficiency is not high.
Because there are two hotels on the same street with close names, we also had an oolong, and the taxi was sent directly to the other door. Forced to drag luggage for two or three hundred meters. Remind friends to be careful.

Excellent
GGuest UserI’ve stayed in this lovely apartment / hotel for six nights. It’s located in Roche Noir, which is part of city centre (Centre Ville), walking distance to the main train station (Casa Voyageurs). I stayed in a decent size studio apartment, which was equipped with kitchenette. Offering a view of the port. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Very clean, spotless / immaculate in fact when it comes to cleanliness. The staff have been very friendly and attentive. The reception staff were always there with a smile and genuinely willing to help with any queries you have. In the evening these are security guards standing at the entrance. All staff members are very kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff stand out as far as I’m concerned: I’ve met Amina and Hicham. Amina is very friendly, attentive and has strong eye for details. The property is part of Campanile, I believe French hotel group. Adjacent to it there is a hotel which houses a pleasant bar. Ideal place to spend an hour or two after touring around in Casablanca. The bar offers a wide range of drinks and bar-food. The staff there are equally very friendly and professional. I’ve had the pleasure meeting Mohammed and Hatim, who have been looking after me. All in all a very pleasant place to stay if you’re in Casa. Highly recommend
GGuest UserThis hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.
I recently stayed at the Radisson Casablanca Citadel for a four-night business trip. While there were some positives, unfortunately, the negatives outweighed them, leading to a less-than-satisfactory experience. The Good: - Smooth Check-In:The check-in process was quick and efficient, allowing me to settle into my room without any hassle. - Comfortable Room:My room was comfortable and met my expectations for a business trip. - Excellent Breakfast & Friendly Staff:The breakfast was truly a highlight – excellent variety and quality. The staff at the ground floor restaurant, both during breakfast and dinner, were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome every day. The Bad: 1. Rooftop Bar Noise: If you're staying on the 8th floor or higher, prepare for noise from the rooftop bar until midnight. It’s disruptive enough to ”bounce you out of bed.” I would recommend avoiding these floors unless you plan to enjoy the bar yourself. 2. Construction Noise: If you're trying to relax or work from your room during the day, expect disturbance from the large construction project next door. This was a constant source of distraction during my stay. 3. Unreliable Laundry Service: The laundry service was a major disappointment. Despite dropping off my laundry early Tuesday morning (before 9am as requested), it wasn’t delivered by the promised 7pm. After following up multiple times, I was told it would arrive between 9-10pm. By the time I returned to the hotel at 10pm, they casually informed me that it wouldn’t arrive until the next morning, which disrupted an important pre-breakfast meeting. The lack of care or apology from the staff was particularly frustrating. Given the wide range of hotel options in Casablanca, I will not be returning to the Radisson Casablanca Citadel. For business travelers, the issues with noise and service make this hotel difficult to recommend.
GGuest UserVery loverly motel girl on front desk was amazing we lost credit card she couldn’t do enough tucker was great to as was air con do yourself a favour and hit bar next door taxis were great ask for did great tour off city not to mention Ricks cafe which was a bucket list adventure
GGuest UserI stayed this hotel as paid by a conference organizer. I did not pay myself and so my review might be biased. This hotel is one of the three hotels owned by the company running Companile Hotel which is located around the corner. The room I stayed is small but clean. There is a small desk and well air conditioned. What was missing to me was some coffee / tea with an electric kettle. But they were not needed this time because I was out of the room for almost all days during my 2-day stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature could have been better but I guess some people don’t mind. The breakfast was decent and I wouldn’t mind staying again if it’s a day or two.
GGuest UserI discourage using the Grand Mogador Casablanca. They do not have the amenities expected by travelers for a 5-star hotel. No casual restaurant, coffee bar, swimming pool nor lounge bar. If you want anything other than the expensive buffet, it has to be through room service or can order a small version of room service in the lobby sitting area. Although the rooms and lobby are very nice, it doesn’t make up for the lack of amenities. The most alarming part is that it is in a very run-down area of the city. This is not a walkable area for tourists and there is absolutely nothing close by. One of the ladies in our group got her water bottles confiscated by lobby security because you aren’t allowed to bring in any outside food or drink. There is no gift shop on the premises that sells water and snacks. She was able to retrieve it upon check-out. They couldn’t explain their reasoning for this policy! Head to the Corniche area. Much better for tourists.
GGuest UserThis is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.
YYasser AoujilThe location is very good, room was very neat and clean, and spacious, the bed is very big, breakfast is nice with many different options, bathroom/shower is good and clean.
All that said, i am quite upset about two things, the first is AC was not working in the room, the second is if you are coming from countries where you can have a visit to the room by a family member or friend, then don't go there, i went back to the hotel to grab some gifts and go to a party i was invited to, and i asked a family member to come with me to the room to help and get going in 5 min, and i just opened the room then reception started calling room's phone and saying you can't have visit, i said okey we are coming out, then they started calling again and again, just super annoying.
GGuest UserI liked to credit Trip for offering a good value rate for this stay including breakfast
We arrived early at the hotel and was told to wait 15 minutes for the room, reasonable request....the room was cleaned, well stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water included. Bedding was comfortable.......my only beef was at breakfast....one of the coffee machine was not working causing long wait times....my spouse is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water kettle) was not always available and requires refill......selections at the food stations are hits and misses....could improve in replenishing food.. an ok breakfast....btw, butter is a luxury in Morocco and not well stocked. I would consider staying again if the price is right
GGuest UserNice art deco elements in the architecture. The front desk generously let us check in at noon; a big plus after a long flight and the trip from the airport to the hotel. Good location within walking distance of the central market and the port.
Discotheques, tramway and roundabout nearby cause a noisy environment until midnight. The flies flying in the entrance leaves a very bad impression.
The bedding is acceptable but the bench cushions and decorative blankets are very dirty. The king bed is actually two double beds pushed together.
The shower tends to leak water everywhere.
We are told that the water is drinkable but the taste of chlorine is very strong.
The price at 385 MAD was in line with what we received
