The impression of the hotel is terrible! The room service is simply disgusting, we asked to bring a plate, they brought a dirty one, asked to change it ... and only on the FOURTH try they brought a clean one, the soap in the room ran out, we asked 3 times, 2 of which we went down to the reception, they brought it after 2 hours, the food in the room service is simply disgusting, how can you ruin a pizza like that, I just don’t understand ... (and this is for a lot of money). They didn’t even apologize for all this ... Moreover, I forgot my phone charger in the room (I’m absolutely sure that I forgot it in the room), I called the hotel the next morning after checking out, they said that they didn’t find it, although I even explained by which bed and in which socket the charger was left
Total: it doesn’t even smell like 5 stars, a very average 3, the only pluses are the size of the room and bathroom (although the rooms themselves are quite tired)
