This is probably the worst Hyatt hotel in the world. The rooms smell bad, the facilities are old, and the air conditioning is not powerful enough. Except for the name of the hotel, which is that of a five-star hotel, there is nothing else like a five-star hotel.

This is by far the best hotel I stayed in Casablanca. They have the friendliest staff and will go above and beyond to make your stay the best. The room is luxurious and had everything you need to have a special stay

The hotel is in the city center, and there is a bit of traffic jam during rush hour. The hotel is big, but has little architectural aesthetics. The room I stayed in this time is a duplex apartment suite with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, utility room, three toilets and two bathrooms. Convenient for families. チェックイン時からフレンドリーで、一気にリラックスできました。 最上級のおもてなしで、常に気にかけてくれ、滞在で困ることはありません 上階の眺めが良いお部屋を用意していただきました。部屋はゆとりがあり、バストイレは別、バスルームもシャワーとバスタブは別になっているので入りやすいです。唯一難を言えば、バスルームはガラスのドアで、電気をつけて入ると丸見えのため注意が必要です。 朝食はおいしく、種類も豊富です。コーヒーはオーダーを聞いて提供してくれます。カプチーノのレベルが高かったです

We stayed in night in Casablanca en route back to Miami (USA). We chose very well. This beautiful hotel was within walking distance of a large market to buy souvenirs and within short taxi ride of tourist attractions. The hotel itself has an excellent pool with DJ and wonderful poolside service for food and drinks, a wonderful Moroccan restaurant with live band and bellydancers, a nightclub for drinks and wonderful music. We loved this hotel - it it very luxurious. The staff were all excellent and catered to all our requests.
