Centrally located, good customer service at reception. Hotel a bit old and worn out with dark and not lit interior. Toilet is fortunately renovated. OK breakfast. Good for short stays.

Convenient location with breakfast buffet
Convenient location close to city center, with parking along the streets in the area but not right by the hotel since it's on a main road. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone with pastries, eggs, bread, cheese, olives, coffee/tea, etc.

Amazing hotel in the city center
Thanks to all staff and the management for making our visit to Casablanca and Rabat enjoyable. The breakfast was great and all food were tasty :)

A fuiiiiiiiir une vraie arnaque
Horrible hôtel a fuir une vraie arnaque vraiment regrettable l'accueil vraiment froid pas de confort (chambre insalubre bruit de la discothèque en bas avec les insultes et les grossièretés de gens qui ont picoler /pas de serviettes de douche) le petit déjeuner dégueulasse désolé mais c'est vraiment le mot exact a employer yaourt premier prix exposer à la chaleur ambiante de la salle pas de jus d'orange café de mauvaise qualité .. hôtel qui ne mérite même pas une étoile cet hôtel doit être interdit au public .. pas de parking privé juste des places a trouver difficilement dans les rues avoisinantes faudra payer le gardien de nuit et de jour chacun son tour ..même gratuit non merci j'ai du changer d'hôtel après 12h de calever ..passer votre chemin vous pouvez trouver mieux je vous le conseille j'aurais dû lire les commentaires et les avis avant mais dommage

The included breakfast was great. Tea, coffee, hard eggs, olives, traditional pastries, yogurt. The A/C worked great and the property was very quiet at night. However the WIFI only works in the lobby.

Location was great. Staff was helpful. A bar next door had some rowdy people.A big difference in what I am used to in the US hotel. I thought the elevator was tiny , space for 3 people . But so far all the hotels we stayed at was the same.

I made the reservation on Booking. The photos of the hotel do not correspond to reality at all. The rooms are in terrible conditions. Broken air conditioner Leaks in the floor Towels for one person instead of two Dirty room The hotel is also located in an area not nice for tourists. As soon as I entered the room I immediately left the hotel booking another one and the manager did not even offer to refund me a percentage of the room paid. I absolutely do not recommend. Terrible experience

The photos of the hotel online do not represent reality at all. The property is located in a bad area of Casablanca.
