I like this hotel very much. The location is right on the seaside of Casablanca. You can also see the Atlantic coast while staying in the hotel. You can wear flip flops and go for a walk to the seaside at any time. Tell local drivers the name of the hotel and most of them will know this one.
There are McDonald's and many seafood restaurants opposite the hotel, which are very good. For breakfast, there is a local breakfast shop in front of the hotel, where you can eat while looking at the seaside. Taking a taxi to see urban attractions is also very convenient and not expensive.
On the first day I arrived, I walked along the beach for an hour. I accidentally found a shopping mall and bought a mobile phone card, which was convenient for shopping.

Great stay at Azure!! Super pleasant staff that were very polite and helpful. Location is right in front of the ocean with beautiful views. Easy to get around and walk to Ain Diab beach for a swim. 8 min drive from Morocco Mall. Room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely come back.

I booked a room with a view, the receptionist was unprofessional, I asked them to confirm the room with the beach view, I was told yes, “whatever you booked, you get”.
I got to the room and I had a view of all the nasty buildings in front of me.
Again, the service ******.
The tiny elevator got stuck, and one of the customers said, it happens everyday… I took my bags right away and left this nasty hotel.

The staff was very friendly and professional ,my room was very nice and cozy ,it had beach view and it was near to a lot of restaurants , I highly recommend this hotel .

On the website, the hotel appears to be a very good, almost luxurious hotel. In reality, the whole thing seems more like a dump and to be honest, as a woman alone, I would feel totally uncomfortable here. When we arrive, the actual lift is broken, we are led to the kitchen and take a very small, old-fashioned lift to our room. The windows are dirty, there is a hair in the bathtub, the mirror is rusty, the bathroom door is difficult to open and close, the safe is broken, the WiFi doesn't work, there is only one socket in the double room, and the room door doesn't really lock. When we want to go back to our room in the evening, the second lift doesn't work either and we have to climb the stairs to the 5th floor. Constant humming (probably from the lift or water) and thin walls. The pool is as described, we haven't tried the spa yet. All in all, just disappointing. Not again!

As Americans traveling, Hotel Azur checked the most important boxes for us: felt very safe, very clean, hot water showers, heat/AC in each room, close to attractions/beach/restaurants, bed/linens comfortable. Rooms as advertised. Good for the price. Pool was pretty but didn't use much.
