A bit of bullying to Chinese customers, they gave me a room with a broken air conditioner. Morocco is over 30 degrees without air conditioner, it's like being in a sauna. I called for repair but it couldn't be fixed. At first, the hotel front desk said that they couldn't change rooms because they were full. After arguing with them, they changed the room and barely made a king-size bed room by putting two beds together. The hotel is average, the facilities are old, and the management is particularly chaotic. During this stay, the cash in US dollars was stolen by the waiter. The hotel front desk thought it was normal and cooperated very poorly. They even took out the so-called exemption clause when checking in! They are in cahoots with each other! Simple and clean hotel that is close to the main sights. Soundproofing of the windows from the Main Street is not as good so you might hear some noise at night. Staff was nice and the lobby is beautiful but service can be improved to make this a better experience. We asked if the hotel could help provide an umbrella as it was raining heavily but the reception simply replied that they did not provide umbrellas without offering alternative places to get one.
