Very disappointed with this Sheraton! Dinner buffet 40 euro is terrible! Quality of tower and bathrobe very bed! The extra bed is very low and uncomfortable! The staff did 2 times wrong changes in my bathroom ( i had no conditioner and they give me 2 times shampoo instead) terrible wifi signal in the room! First and last time at this Sheraton!

The hotel's environment and services are very good, very quiet and beautiful. I just felt that the location was a little bit out of the way, so I changed to a hotel. But after changing hotels, I felt that Sheraton's service and rooms were better in comparison. I will book this hotel next time I come here. It’s cost-effective and the service is good.

Hello, Room. We stated 3 nights, changed 4 rooms, even last one was dirty. Why 4 rooms? 1-st one, we we're about to go sleep and found something wet under blancked. After uncovering it, we noticed it was pee. So, they knew it, they just coveter it, becuase one you touch the bed, you feel it's wet. They changed our room even upgraded. But this 2nd one was behid the kithen and you can imagine that it was impossible to sleep. 3rd was not on ground floor as we booked. 4th- ground floor and quiet finally. Reception guy said that it should be prepared. We come back to the room (4th), and additional bed was’t prepared, we had to wait. We‘ve found baby pacifier which says a lot about quality of cleaning. Pool. Small pool for a lot of people and huge territory. No indoor pool, no heating. Spa. There is no bathrobes in Spa. You have to go from your room in bathrobe, it’s fine, but I had bathrobe with ripped off pockets. It is ok? Should I notify even about this? I don’t think so. Somebody notice it and put it into the room because they don’t care. Room. Coffee machine. I’ve put a cup to the coffee machine to make coffee and setup of all of these unstable and felt down and break with coffee and glass to the floor. It’s not even safe to make a coffee. Second day after all happened to us cleaning came at 6pm. I've never seen cleaning coming this time in 5-star hotel. Spa. We paid for couple massage 2 days in row. Is ok to pay €200 for massage and instead of relaxing you hear behind a wall how people doing heavy lifting, screaming and bumping dumbbells? Absolutely no! Thermal Area. Suppose to be cold pool and hot. But it’s just warm both. What a joke. Breakfast. Cheap food, not tasty at all. Cappuccino from machine. If you order from waiter, they just bring the same. Fees for sauna access or internet is ridiculous, even “premium” internet slow, unstable and always breaks. Overall experience is awful. Ruined our 3 days in Portugal during our first visit. Not even close to 5-star experience. The guy from front desk is good in problem solving. But unfortunately he has to work with that. I stayed in Marriott previously, but will think 100 times for a next trip to avoid it.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the brunch. It’s absolutely amazing! There is a wide variety of options for brunch. The hotel itself is stunning. It's very clean and beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy comfort. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend.

The resort is absolutely stunning ! And on top of that the team here are amazing, nothing was too much and went above and beyond! I would honestly recommend anyone to come here as this resorts has everything you could wish for! I can’t wait for my next visit, a special thanks to Rita and the team for making this an unforgettable experience

My stay at Sheraton Cascais Resort could not be better! Is was perfect for a weekend get away. It was great that we could already enjoy the exterior pool accompanied by a great glass of wine without it being super crowded. The staff were amazing, super friendly and always willing to help when needed. Could even notice that at the reception with other guests (everyone was smiling). We were really impressed by the flexibility of the restaurant staff when asked for one of their dishes to be lower on fat. Finally, the spa was very relaxing for only a small extra fee (a nice alternative to the pool outside) At the end, reception surprised us with a box of Portuguese pastries! We are definitely looking forward to coming back here!

This was a lovely resort hotel for not much money. We had a real suite, with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bath for about what we would have paid for a single room in the US. Very nice location, lovely facility. My only criticism was the restaurant was pricey.

Hotel was nice with large rooms and updated interior. Location is convenient to many local sites but is a bit isolated. It's a 10-15 minute drive to Cascais or the beach and the restaurant options on-site are somewhat limited. The main restaurant is ok with a nice buffet but food quality is average. The pool is nice and offers a play area for kids. Overall the hotel is a great place for families. Parking is free with an on-site garage.

Worst cleaning service. It is a 5 star hotel and in 4 days in a row they did not clean my Room. I had to go to reception to put a complain because having 3 babies at 5pm no cleaning service had come to clean the Room. Lackless help in reception too, very young team that couldnt give an explanation or neither understand a customer with babies that had to nap. I have stayed in several hotels in Cascais, every year I am coming, and although the garden áreas are great I would not recommend this hotel at all. 0% helpful. I do know where i am not coming back.

3 night stay in this exceptional hotel. Our room was clean, tidy, very comfortable & beautiful presented & maintained daily to a very high specification. We were half board - the breakfast choice was excellent, a choice of continental & hot dishes plus a range of items ordered directly from the menu - the omelettes were delicious. We dined every night in the Glass Terrace - the menu choices & quality were both excellent. One night there was an additional buffet choice which was equally as good - understand they only use this option when the hotel is very busy. The pool area was spotless & beautifully maintained - with a good range of snacks & drinks available. Aside from how excellent the hotel is, the thing that sets this hotel apart from any other Marriott Bonvoy hotel we have used - and the number is extensive - is the extraordinarily fabulous service we received from literally everyone we encountered - from the check in staff, the Glass Terrace staff, the Pool staff & the house keeping staff. In particular a big shout out to Miguel who is the ultimate ambassador for Sheraton Cascais. He was so welcoming & attentive throughout our stay - on our last night, our 38th wedding anniversary, he absolutely went the extra mile & made the dinner very special. Also Thomas in the bar was excellent - introduced us to Portuguese tarts with cinnamon which was a revelation! All in all would absolutely recommend this hotel across the board - they set the bench very high! Muito obrigado!!
