The gentleman at the front desk was not very warm or welcoming, he made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The place isn't exactly as shown in photos. The rooms are outdated and weathered. Very dark getting inside from the parking garage. The restaurant staff at dinner was overbearing watching us and we felt rushed and unwelcome. Food was subpar at restaurant. Over priced coffee from the bar, considering I paid half the price in more touristy areas. I would not recommend this place.

Big and well maintened swimming pool.
And very good restaurant.
At 10 minutes by foot from train & buses stations (convenient bus from Caserta to Molo Beverello), and from the castel.

L'accueil est très professionnel et agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et impeccable. La salle de bain grande et propre. On vous laisse de l'eau à disposition dans le frigo et un plateau de courtoisie. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des viennoiseries fraîches et délicieuses. Le choix est vaste. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'un très bon restaurant. Un mot en particulier pour Mena qui vous sert au petit déjeuner et même au restaurant toujours avec le sourire et grande sympathie.

Accueil plus que moyen, la réservation pour une table impossible tant que la responsable n'était pas présente, piscine fermée à 18h interdisant l'accès après une promenade dans la ville ou au palais en fonction de l'heure de retour. Literie très dure. Le petit déjeuner est pour sa part plutôt copieux et varié. Dommage qu'il faille demander pour avoir du lait à mettre dans les céréales ou un café. Le potentiel serait pourtant là pour faire oublier l'environnement ne laissant pas imaginer qu'un hôtel 4* puisse s'y trouver. Pour autant, assez proche du centre ville et du palais
