Motel 6 Caseyville, IL

Not fridge or microwave in room as advertised despite booking for 3 nights. Very chaotic and busy.

It was a nice place

Was a clean hotel. Bed slept well .

Quiet and friendly staff.

When I asked for a towel I got one hand towel torn in half and it was stained. When I was leaving the property there was a box full of white pills propping the door open and when I told the front desk they said let the next shift deal with it then the police were called for the couple next to us. Not a good stay nor did the staff seem to care about their patrons safety. The TV in the room had 7 round lighter spots on the screen so we could not even watch the TV.

Where do I start? We had to change rooms. The first one the dead lock was messed up. The bathroom door would not close. There was no hot water at the sink. The bed frame was much wider than the mattress. Will stay somewhere else next time we come to St. Louis.

Was nice

Beds are hard, you get a tiny room, bathrooms are dark. We went to take a bath and the water started seeping throughout the room. They kept our deposit for there improper draining/plumming. Their wifi is super slow and their employees are rude as hell. Do not come here.

When I arrived at this location it is temporarily closed for renovations. I can’t seem to get anyone to take care of refunding me for a stay that didn’t happen and why didn’t the management with motel 6 inform 3rd party reservation companies about the closure. I think that’s fraud
