Clean hotel, friendly and professional staff.

Great locally owned hotel. Very clean , comfortable beds and an authentic resturant serving great quality food. Staff are really freindly and helpful. Plus the addition of the free return airport shuttle makes this hotel great for a short stay.

Perfect for over night stay if you have a plan to catch the next day. Also free shuttle service to airport.

I booked this hotel near Malpensa airport because my flight was early. It had a free airport shuttle service, which was nice, but I had to walk along a relatively busy road from the nearest station, and there was a restaurant on-site but it was closed, so there were no restaurants nearby, so I had to walk about 30 minutes down a busy road to get dinner, and there was no refrigerator in the room, which were negative points.

I arrived after 11 o'clock, and the front desk had already gone off duty, but left the key and a note, which I was very satisfied with. The breakfast was OK, free airport transfer, proactive service, and the overall feeling was good.

Poor soundproofing of the rooms, too much noise from outside making it impossible to sleep at night. Ridiculous breakfast

It is very friendly and the free shuttle bus from the airport is good. But.. there was no refrigerator in the room.. Very clean and nice.

The food is good, the service is down to earth, and you can communicate in English. convenient

Close to the airport, the hotel facilities are good and it is very suitable for business transfers. The hotel has a small airport shuttle bus, which is free and will arrive in 15 minutes after calling the airport during the day.

All clean and tidy. Bed a little hard, but comfortable!

這一家比較破舊，沒有電梯，馬路邊窗户隔音也不行，一整晚睡不着，以後不會再去了。想要定的可以參考，不推薦
