This was a very charming, romantic atmosphere. Secure parking. The staff were helpful and friendly. An extremely clean hotel. It's not new, more nostalgic. The breakfast was good, not great, but had some very delicious croissant varieties clearly labeled. There were meats, eggs, fruits, and other options. Juices, teas, coffees to choose from. The stay was inexpensive.

This property is outside of the city of Naples. It also is a very dirty area. The hotel itself the lobby is beautiful but the rooms are older and it’s two twin beds that are very uncomfortable and the breakfast was not good.

On the positive side, large room, closed private parking, a small gym, very decent breakfast.
On the negative side, this hotel is located on a busy, noisy avenue and the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. Hard bedding and very thin pillow.

The staff was great with my mom after she had an accident in Genoa earlier in May. The provided driver information, assistance in room, cleaning staff very considerate. The dining room could use a but of improvement, the food was good but limited. Overall the place was a good stop before coming back to Miami.
