Attention!!!!! PUNAISES DE LIT. Je me suis faite mordre par des punaises de lit donc je n’ai pas dormi toute la nuit car j’avais peur que mes enfants se fasse mordre aussi!!!!!! HORRIBLE!

Nightmare hotel Booked hoping for a 4-star hotel instead a nightmare experience. I arrive, I check in and I am informed that my payment does not appear, I tell which site I booked from, I show the payment receipt (receipt issued in their name, not the site) and they make me repay the room, telling me that in case I will be refunded. We're off to a terrible start okay I enter the room surprised smart TV! Too bad there are only 4 channels (foreigners only) and Internet access not available from the TV, from the telephone or from the PC, both via cable and wi-fi! Well at least the air conditioning works. Bathroom with tub! Take a nice bath to forget the misadventures. No tub full of hair .... okay I could call reception or take pictures but nothing I rinse everything wasting a lot of water and shower on the fly and go! Going out, I go to the reception to report the various problems and the response has been; the internet on the floor doesn't work at the moment and for the hair in the tub just a damn sorry! I didn't expect a change of room... but at least an ok, we apologize! you do not have breakfast in your reservation and we offer it to you or we will give you a voucher for your next stay (which will never happen again) nothing, fake smiles, a circumstantial sorry and good evening! Never had a similar experience ever again even if they offered me the room

No os dejéis engañar por las fotos, es el peor hotel que he visitado en mi vida. Sucio, viejo, camas rotas y colchones más que usados y la joya de la corona enchufes que hacen corto circuito! Apenas llegamos a la habitación conecto mi cargador de móvil a uno de los enchufes y este explota, se quema mi cargador y los plomos de la habitación dejan de funcionar, nos dirigimos a la recepción y “por casualidad” estaba el dueño que nos dice muy tranquilo que es un problemita que tiene arreglo, que mi cargador no se había quemado (cuando se veía claramente que estaba fundido) viene a la habitación con nosotros y ve que en efecto no hay manera de volver a poner en marcha los plomos, se va y al poco rato vuelve la luz a la habitación y cuando vuelve nos dice que sí que en efecto ese enchufe hacía corto circuito y que al día siguiente lo repararía, nosotros alucinando con que den una habitación que tiene un problema eléctrico tan gordo. Le volvemos a recordar que se había fundido el cargador del móvil a lo que ese hombre nos dice que queremos que él haga, le explicamos que es su deber reembolsar el costo del cargador que se ha dañado a causa de tener unas instalaciones en tan mal estado y el hombre dice que solo nos puede dar otro cargador que él tiene por ahí, nos trae un cargador roñoso y dudosamente original y dice que no puede hacer más, se da la vuelta y se marcha. A la hora de dormir nos metemos a la cama y está estaba rota y empezamos a sentir picores en el cuerpo, total que no pegamos ojo esa noche. Una verdadera pena porque las fotos que tienen tanto en su página como en booking te permiten imaginarte un hotel con todas las comodidades y claramente no es la realidad!
