He told us that we did not have the right to walk around a campsite that we had paid for. He also told us that he was going to check the cameras to see if we had done something. I am outraged by the service.

Esta reseña la vuelvo a poner porque les gusta borrar las cosas que no les gusta oir. Para empezar, NO VAYÁIS NUNCA AL RESTAURANTE DE AL LADO LA PISCINA, no pasan la normativa de higiene ni de refilón, fuimos 6 amigos y 3 de nosotros pillamos una intoxicación alimenticia con ese sitio dejandonos 2 dias en la absoluta mierda. El camping en general esta muy chulo sobre todo el Maya Lounge. Tiene pistas de basquet, futbol y volley y piscinas con toboganes para que hasta los mas peques se puedan divertir. En resumen, lo recomendaria pero lo que le tienen que hacer a ese restaurante es cerrarlo con una buena denuncia porque es indignante que sirvan ese tipo de comida a la gente.

Deze camping is nu Delfin Verde geworden. Wij waren er nog nooit geweest en boekten een Funtent. De tenten zijn echt gedateerd en hebben veel mankementen. We hebben 4 dgn geklaagd dat e ramen van de tent niet opgerold konden worden! Er is te weinig en veel te kleine parkeerplekken bij de tenten. Personeel is erg onvriendelijk. Als je incheckt na een hele lange autoreis krijg je geen hartelijk welkom maar een chagrijnig persoon die zegt dat je nog 2 uur moet wachten voor je tent klaar is. Het water is een probleem, de douches zijn of steenkoud, of te warm, dat geld ook voor de wasbakken en afwas ruimte. Horeca personeel is ook onvriendelijk, hebben er geen zin in en je moet heel lang wachten op eten en drinken. Het zwembad was oke, er wordt wel handdoekje gelegd door meerdere mensen die dan niet komen zwemmen. Hele strenge badmeesters, je mag bijna niks qua spelen of er wordt al gefloten. Camping ligt op 25 minuten lopen van Platja Daro, een hele leuke stad net veel restaurantjes en bars en het strand. Leuke vakantie gehad, beetje jammer van de slechte service en matige staat van de tent.

Sinds dat Valldaro niet meer bestaat en El Delfin Verde is geworden kan je merken dat het gaat op massaproductie. Bij aankomst is de service ver te zoeken. Tijdens het aanmelden ging de medewerkster met alle collega’s kletsen terwijl ze ons aan het helpen was. Wij konden geen 2e auto op de plek krijgen, waar dat voorgaande jaren wel zo was. Niet erg handig als je alles moet uitladen en een jong kind bij je hebt. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we echter gezien dat meerdere mensen wel 2 auto’s op 1 plek hebben. Heel oneerlijk dus. Er worden maar weinig regels gehandhaaft, zoals roken en drinken bij het zwembad e.d. Tijdens ons verblijf is de gehele tijd de temperatuur van de wasbakken en douches een probleem geweest. Of steenkoud, of bloedheet. Meerdere keren gemeld, maar nooit wat aan gedaan. Op een gegeven moment wordt er niet eens meer gereageerd op e-mails. Mijn dochter van 1 heeft meerdere koude douches moeten krijgen, tot huilens aan toe. Toen hebben we maar zelf een badje gekocht zodat ze fatstoenlijk gedouched kon worden. El Delfin Verde? Voor ons niet meer. Als je een service gerichte en vriendelijke camping wil, moet je vooral niet hierheen gaan.

Apart from the cleaning problem, every day there were problems with the water, many days in half of the bathrooms the chain did not work and in other bathrooms the mechanism would get stuck and water would not stop coming out, so hopefully there was a couple of bathrooms that were operational but the hygienic conditions were not adequate. In the shower area, in addition to dirt, you found showers in which there was no way to stop the water and some that could not be used due to the pressure with which the water came out since it hurt. This meant that that part was always flooded, so it was not comfortable to shower, change, or walk, since you had a good chance of slipping. In the end, we found a module that was further away and that was not renovated but was in better condition and we no longer used the one we had closest to our plot. The state of the water in the pools from the first day to the last has been neither what was expected nor adequate. The water was cloudy and dirty and many times the purifiers were not in operation. Another problem we encountered was that the capacity of the pools was not controlled and, especially during the first half of August, it was impossible to find a place to leave the towel. The number of lifeguards was insufficient even if the capacity had been respected, so there was no type of control: there was dirt in the premises since people could eat and drink without problem (even using glass glasses and jugs), there were children who passed by on bicycles and skateboards and in the area of ​​the slides there was no type of control so there were several accidents. Something that caught our attention is that, during all this time, the entry of users who came only to spend the day was allowed when, according to the regulations of the campsite itself, its website states that this access is restricted depending on its occupancy. …The restaurant service has also left much to be desired. There were two restaurants and one of them closed at 8pm. The gastronomic offer was very. Also, the service was very poor as they were overwhelmed. As for the entertainment, despite valuing very positively the involvement of the team that organized it, the activities aimed at adults and teenagers were very mediocre and the night shows of a very low level, it was noticeable that (at least this year)

Mooie camping, werd goed schoon gehouden en vriendelijk personeel. Goede locatie ten opzichte van de stad. In Playa d' Aro is veel te doen. Ook vele winkels en restaurants in de omgeving. Vanaf de camping is het ongeveer 1500 meter lopen naar het strand
