Hotel posizionato in modo da dare ai clienti un panorama della costa cilentana unico. Noi avevamo una stanza con balconcino con vista straordinaria. Stanza pulitissima dignitosissima, arredata vintage , ma non per questo meno piacevole e confortevole. Letto con topper. Ottima la piscina. Personale gentile, un po' limitato viste le dimensioni dell'hotel, ma vi erano pochi ospiti . Cena (e pranzo su nostra richiesta a buffet) più che discreta, con un plauso per il primo piatto, davvero buono. Con piccoli accorgimenti (tipo ripulire alcune aiuole sporcate da clienti incivili) questo albergo può essere davvero il fiore all'occhiello del paese. Tenetevelo stretto!

Albergo consigliato da amici, che deduco non abbiano avuto lo stesso disagio. Parliamo di un hotel a 4 stelle? Scusatemi ma dove sono finite le stelle? Per me è un hotel a 2 stelle. Salvezza certa è la location, che è immersa in un paradiso. Peccato che a noi è toccata una camera piccolissima con un affaccio orrendo su una tettoia. Io e mio marito per camminare insieme dovevamo mettere il semaforo. Se passava lui io non potevo, se aprivo l'anta dell'armadio nessuno passava e la porta d'ingresso era praticamente attaccata al letto. Ma dove siamo stati. Un vero peccato perché nella sala della colazione un'altra coppia allo stesso prezzo ha avuto una quadrupla. E allora? Noi eravamo clienti di serie B? Ovviamente al check-out abbiamo fatto presente tutto e la Signora senza essere un minimo cordiale, a malincuore e su mia richiesta, ci ha fatto un'attenzione sul prezzo. Io avrei preferito pagare di più ma trascorrere un bel soggiorno da loro. Sono sicura che nelle vicinanze c'è di meglio.

The hotel is in a stunning location with views of Castello dell'Abate and San Marco. The room was clean, air-conditioned, and our balcony had a beautiful view of the scenery. The staff were very helpful and cheerful in their work, it made our stay very enjoyable.

Just returned from Hotel Hermitage. The breakfast views are stunning as was the view from our room . The village and port are near by with some lovely restaurants. The staff were really helpful and helped us with booking excursions etc. We really enjoyed this real taste of Italy

Location bella ma scarsa di manutenzione, pagato un supplemento di late ceck out quando al ceck in la camera ci è stata data non alle 15 ma alle 18. Assenza di personale, una sola persona in sala che cucina, serve e pulisce. Assurdo…le quattro stelle le hanno ricevuto in regalo. Si salva solo la Location immersa nel verde.

L'Hotel vanta una struttura molto bella immersa nelle colline, molto tranquilla e rilassante. Le cene servite in terrazza sono state molto buone. Il personale è stato cordiale e gentile. Di giorno mettono a disposizione degli ospiti un servizio navetta efficiente ed ottimo. Un plauso speciale va sicuramente alla professionalità ed alla estrema disponibilità del Sig. Rosario che si occupa del servizio navette che ce la mette davvero tutta per assecondare le richieste dei numerosi clienti. Unica pecca: l'hotel non dispone di un servizio taxi o navette (notturno) o di una convenzione con i taxi (un taxi mi ha chiesto 60 euro da San Marco a Santa Maria di Castellabate per 6 Km, anzi per l'esattezza prima 40 euro ed al momento della conferma 60,00€). Sono stato in questa struttura dal 22 al 29 luglio con mia moglie. La struttura molto bella, gestita in modo Orrenda. WI Fi che non funziona, il frigo funziona malissimo, la cena dovevi aspettare minimo due ore, le stanze prima delle 14 non venivano pulite. La situazione in spiaggia era molto peggio. Una delle proprietarie era arrogante, maleducata e volgare . Io inviterei tutti gli ospiti di quel periodo a fare delle recensioni. Esperienza traumatica non la consiglio .

Che sia una critica costruttiva....abbiamo alloggiato con la mia famiglia in questo posto...prime due notti caldo tremendo in camera non funzionava l aria condizionata...per non parlare del bagno ...ci è stata cambiata la camera dopo due giorni e non ci è stata fatta nessun accortezza sul prezzo anzi abbiamo preso un altra camera e abbiamo pagato una cifra assurda ...ci aspettavamo qualcosa per il disservizio e la vacanza rovinata ...l unica nota positiva il personale molto gentile soprattutto la ragazza che ci serviva la colazione ....
