I recently had the misfortune of booking at the Hotel Paradiso, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing my experience was. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. Booking Process: 1 Star The booking process was straightforward, but little did I know what awaited me. I made a reservation for July 20th, and the hotel promptly charged my credit card for the full amount. Fair enough, right? Wrong. Flight Cancellation Drama: 0 Stars Due to unforeseen circumstances (flight cancellation), I had to adjust my travel plans. I contacted the hotel, hoping for some flexibility. Instead, I was met with indifference. They refused to refund or reschedule my stay, citing their “strict policy.” No empathy, no understanding. Customer Service: -5 Stars (if possible) When I expressed my frustration, the hotel staff laughed in my face. Literally. They mocked my situation and made it clear that they didn’t care about my predicament. As if that weren’t enough, they even threatened me if I didn't take my review down, they would publish in the internet all my personal data Conclusion: Run, Don’t Walk In summary, avoid this hotel like the plague. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in the area that won’t treat you like a nuisance. As for me, I’ll be filing a complaint with every travel platform I can find.
