Loved our stay at Bel Air Barcelona! Super clean rooms, friendly staff, and perfect location for exploring the city. Walkable to great tapas spots and the metro. Bed was comfy and the place felt safe and modern. Great value for Barcelona. Would book again.

Stayed at the Bel Air hotel for the last few nights. The hotel itself is in a stunning location, located right on the beachfront and has been finished to a very high standard with all modern furnishings. Staff were lovely and very friendly However…. There were some things that were really disappointing. Breakfast at €17pp is not good value for money- for this price, I expect an easy to use coffee machine and a fair selection of breakfast items and this place had neither. Once busy, it took a while for the items to be topped up again. Amenities such as shower gel on the wall not topped up during housekeeping Not sure if the aircon worked as the room was always rather hot (even for mid November!) Many reviews mention the noise from rooftop bar and restaurant below- most nights we didn’t hear anything however Friday/Saturday night it was particularly loud. Overall, this hotel is quite average and I will not be staying here again.

Hotel is an a great location with amazing beach / sea views. Reception team were polite and helpful with a few enquiries. Breakfast is fairly comprehensive and relaxed setting to start your day. Rooms are well appointed and we had a sea facing deluxe double. The roof top bar is very chilled and has an extensive range of cocktails. The BIG BUT is the noise from the outside bar area which are below many of the sea facing rooms. This can be really annoying even when we stayed in November and people sit out until very late. Great for them but not if you want to go to bed at a reasonable hour. Based on this I would not stay here again.
