The breakfast is OK. The service is very good. The facilities are definitely not up to the domestic 4-star standard, but the service and swimming pool are really great. What can I say? There are so many captains. It should be an airport service hotel.

The woman at the front desk had a very bad service attitude. At first she said there were rooms, then she said there were no rooms and all the rooms were sold out. Finally we booked online and confronted her face. The room was dark and the sheets were damp. My skin was itchy after sleeping. There was no free mineral water and there was no breakfast.

Service was rather poor. We didn’t get wifi until the second day of the stay. First day they said maintenance would fix it but they did not. The breakfast was nothing incredible. Pretty basic but not worth 16 euros in my opinion. We also did not get towels until the second day. Overall it’s a decent stay. Close to a mall, bus stop and a couple fast food places. Easy to locate and about an hour and a half by public transport to the center.
