Very beautiful hotel and service minded staff! Plenty to choose from in the breakfast buffet. Spacious rooms with minibar in the room as well as AC and safe at no extra cost. The hotel is also very centrally located but not too noisy to get out if you come by car. There is a garage under the hotel, parking cannot be booked in advance. The reception opens the garage when you drive down. I wouldnt recommend a SUV going down this garage since it is very tight between floor 1 and 2. It is also important to be patient because there can be misunderstandings between cars going into the garage and out of the garage. The cars that are going out of the garage have a green light 2 floors down when it is ok for them to drive. The cars that are going down have no light they can look at or the ability to see cars coming up so misunderstandings can happen....especially if you come from different countries. So remember to be humble and it will work out if a situation arises where one car is going into the garage and another car is going out. I think it's quite rare that it happens but still good to be aware of it.

Hotel centrale e comodo da raggiungere. Fermata non prevista per noi questa a Castellon ci fermiamo in questo Melia per una notte. Non proprio all’altezza di altri Melia da noi frequentati. Struttura un pochino datata. Reception cortese ed efficiente ma per arrivare agli ascensori ci sono scomodi gradini da fare soprattutto se si hanno valige ingombranti e non semplici borsoni da viaggio. E nessuno che ci abbia aiutato. Camere “normali”. Non riesco a trovare altri aggettivi. Perché forse non spiccavano note particolarmente positive ed attraenti ma neanche negative. Non abbiamo fatto qui la colazione. Parcheggio a pagamento non accanto al hotel ma in un garage a qualche centinaio di metri.

Un buen hotel, funcional y moderno, donde no me funcionó el WiFi y no me dieron solución (el televisor, en cambio, recibía Netflix, YouTube perfectamente con una red que llevaba el número de la habitacion), el aire acondicionado es insuficiente, el minibar enfría poco y, asunto menor pues ya lo sabía, el aparcamiento sólo admite coches pequeños y tuve que utilizar un parking público a 100 metros (16 euros, asequible para un día pero no tanto si hay que entrar y salir) Utlice una junior suite muy limpia, de buen buen tamaño y bien equipada. Cafetera Nespresso, minibar, plancha, sillones, buena cama con buenas, sábanas y almohadas, caja fuerte, albornoz, zapatillas, un armario grande pero sin cajones y un televisor Smart muy grande pero colocado, a una lado de la cama Terraza amplia con mesas, sillas y dos hamacas muy sucias y una barandilla de 1,60 m de altura que sólo permite vislumbrar las vistas a personas de cierta estatura Baño amplio, con bañera jacuzzi y bidet y buenas toallas y suficientes amenidades Zona de trabajo limitada por el tamaño del televisor y la cafetera Aceptan perros por 30 euros la noche más una fianza de 50 euros que devuelven sin llegar a revisar si la habitación está en orden (curiosa política) No utilice el gimnasio ni la sauna No hay restaurante ni bar abiertos, aunque dan servicio (buen restaurante) en otro hotel de la misma propiedad, cruzando la calle Buen desayuno buffet con platos fríos y calientes, de variedad justa y buena calidad y buen servicio Servicio correcto y amable, pero no me dieron solución al problema del WiFi (otras redes, como la red "habitación 702" para el televisor, funcionaban y no funcionaba la Red de huéspedes). De no haber sido por este asunto, que tiene su importancia, mi calificación hubiera sido más alta
