Au vu des photos nous pensions avoir un hôtel moderne , propre avec chambre spacieuse ! Malheureusement rien de tout cela .. chambre plus que simple avec une odeur de renfermée horrible. Pas spacieuse du tout avec des toilettes ou l’ouverture est à l’intérieur et touche pratiquement la cuvette il faut enjamber pour parvenir à s’asseoir . Jardin complètement laissé à l’abandon avec que des mauvaises herbes , court de tennis idem . Restaurant très très vieux, tables tachées sans parler des sets de table très sale . Non climatisé !! Carte des menus très simpliste et non variée. Repas plus que moyen ! Quant au petit déjeuner, jambon blanc qui sent mauvais, fromage dur . Pas de viennoiseries ! Pas terrible du tout . Cet hôtel mérite un bon coup de rénovation . Nous avons été très très déçus . Nous ne reviendrons pas c’est certain. Nous mettons deux étoiles uniquement pour le personnel très sympathique.

Nous sommes venus pour voir un autre restaurant sur le quartier de l’aube rouge à CASTELNAU-le-lez mais surprise le restaurent à fermé . En repartant pour trouver un autre restaurant nous sommes tombés sur le restaurant de l’hôtel le clos de l’aube rouge. Qualité prix intéressant. Service agréable, terrasse ombragé. Adresse à retenir.

Arrivées avec mes filles le 11/05/24 à cet hôtel hé bien surprise pas d'eau chaude ! Et ce n'est pas la 1 ère fois quel honte ! Chambre pas agréable pas de savon dans la douche. Couverture poussiéreuse lit pas confortable ! Responsable pas agréable elle voulait avoir raison !

Nous sommes venus dans cet hôtel lors d'un voyage de groupe. Accueil très agréable, excellent dîner, chambre propre, petit déjeuner copieux... rien à redire sur cet établissement. Lors de notre arrivée sur place, et, c'est le seul petit bémol, l'emplacement. Cepedant l'environnement était très calme !
