We chose this as a luxury break while in the Dolomites, and what an amazing place it is. We had one of the 'lesser' apartments- I can only imagine what the hotel rooms and suites were like. We also chose the half-board option, which had phenomenal food. The service was magnificent, the furniture and fitting top class, and the views beyond expectation. We hope to get back there again one day.

Our entire stay here was beyond phenomenal. The location was top notch; we are a very active couple that spends a lot of time mountain biking and trail running in the US, so it was important for us to have access to that here. The Alpe nearby was gorgeous and so much fun! The front desk staff was helpful, kind, and all around impeccable. The same goes for everyone that helped us, the folks at breakfast or the bartenders, everyone was top tier. The food was great, we did breakfast every morning and dinner one night, and everything was yummy. The drinks at the bar were very well done, and the pastry hour was fun and yummy! My husband had a biking accident while we were there and couldn't walk much, and they were so helpful and caring with everything we needed. 15/10 recommend. The rooms were cozy clean and modern, and we loved every second.

Wir waren bereits zum 2.Mal im Hotel. Schon ab der Ankunft wird man direkt Entschleunigt. Personal immer freundlich, stets zurückhaltend, nie aufdringlich. Beim Abendessen über das gesamte Menü kleine Portionen, in Summe dann aber mehr als ausreichend (ansonsten darf man bestimmt noch nachbestellen). Die Speisen sind alle gut gemacht und vermutlich auch mit regionalen Zutaten. Die Karte ist italienisch geprägt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Weinkarte (sowie das enorme Wissen über diese Weine und ihre Winzer) und die Bar. Beim Frühstück werden Aufschnitte auf Bestellung gebracht, Eierspeisen und diverse andere Dinge a la minute zubereitet. Die Auswahl ist groß, es findet garantiert jeder was. Die Mitarbeiter vom Housekeeping leisten beinahe Unsichtbar großartiges. Täglich wird das Zimmer 2x hergerichtet, 1x Vormittags gereinigt und dann abends nochmals aufgebettet, sodass man sich nur noch ins Bett fallen lassen muss. Es sind viele kleine Details auf die in diesem Haus geachtet wird, die einem das Entspannen leicht machen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch ein paar Mal. Ps.: sehr zu empfehlen sind die Touren mit Bergführer, die über die Rezeption gebucht werden können.

Estremamente soddisfatti. Accoglienza, gentilezza e ospitalità. Igiene e cura dei particolari. La camera ampia con tutto al posto giusto. Bene l’area wellness e piscine. Eccellente l’aperitivo di Ferragosto. Il ristorante: 😳 da paura (nel senso positivo del termine ovviamente). Se tra tutte le cose eccellenti che abbiamo avuto il piacere dovessi comunque fare una scelta: il dessert della cena di ferragosto si è distinto per eleganza della presentazione e per il gusto. Grazie davvero

Hotel dal design moderno, molto pulito con vista meravigliosa .Personale molto cortese ed accogliente , SPA e centro massaggi ben organizzati. Ottima cucina. Tutto questo unito al posto molto bello hanno reso indimenticabile questa vacanza.

This is the most fabulous hotel! The architecture is stunning. The rooms are beautiful and we think all have balconies and magnificent views of the dolomites - from very large windows. We had half board which included breakfast and dinner. The food was outstanding. Five course dinners and delicious breakfasts, made to order. The staff was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. With particular hats off to those in the reception area, dining room, and spa. We especially liked the friendly and helpful somellier at dinner. And we had wonderful massages there and enjoyed the indoor whirlpool.

We spent four days over Easter weekend at Schgaguler Hotel and found a mini-vacation full of incredible relaxation, gourmet indulgence, and modern design. The structure itself is beautifully understated, with spectacular large-scale photographs by Martin Schgaguler, and luxurious yet relaxed decor throughout the rooms and the common spaces. The staff is phenomenal - whether it was the timely follow-up from reception during booking, or the exceptional treatments in the spa, every interaction was warm and professional. We opted for half-board and it was definitely the right choice. Not only did it make for a very relaxing stay (rolling from our massages to our rooms to the dinner table), the food was also phenomenal - always healthy, high-quality, and beautifully presented. In four days we rarely strayed far from the hotel, but with such a welcoming home base, there was simply no need to. Highly recommend!

Zum einen war das Zimmer traumhaft schön, eine Badewanne im Raum, die wir nach dem Radfahren gerne zum Entspannen genutzt haben, zum anderen war das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, so dass wir zum Beispiel nach dem Abendessen plötzlich frische Saunatücher im Zimmer hatten. Das vier Gänge Menü am Abend war hervorragend, täglich erhielten wir neue, besondere Köstlichkeiten, glutenfrei war kein Problem. Die Weinbegleitung und Beratung beim Abendessen war hervorragend. Auch das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen, man bestellte sich von der Karte, alles wurde serviert, einen Teil konnte man sich vom Buffet holen. Der Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls sehr schön gestaltet, so dass man sich prima entspannen und erholen konnte. Ein sehr gut durchdachtes, stimmiges Konzept. Im gesamten Hotel war es blitzsauber, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Gerne werden wir hier wieder buchen.

Ottimo! Personale squisito, wellness da sogno, ristorante raffinato. Due piscine (una acqua tiepida e l'altra acqua calda) oltre a spa all'aperto e sauna e altro. Stanza spaziosissima e ben fornita di tutto. Il personale è pronto a rispondere alle tue richieste. Direi l'hotel perfetto.
