We loved our stay at the Georgian. The room (entitled Maid of Oak) was beautiful and very comfortable and the bathroom was flawless. Rhys from reception helped us through the booking process and made everything easy for us. He was also there to check us in and give us instructions and tips on use of the coffee machine etc. All the staff at the hotel are lovely but Rhys went the 'extra mile'. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you Rhys

The room and bathroom were in very good condition, with decent facilities (air con/heating, coffee machine, good shower, Molton Brown toiletries). Would have preferred a king bed to a double, but it was very comfortable nonetheless. However, being an old building, presumably converted from what was originally a private dwelling, the sound-proofing is not great and we could hear voices from other rooms as well as a lot of door banging. We were also at the front of the building on the first floor and the noise from the street below, especially on the Saturday night, went on (and kept me awake) into the small hours of the morning.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff at check in and check out. The building was full of character and each room was unique unlike a chain hotel. The room was clean with lovely complimentary toiletries. Good value for money too, I would stay here again.

Room was very comfortable. Everything we wanted for our hotel stay. Shower was amazing, the room and bathroom were spotless. Check in was quick and easy. Helped by being able to do it before hand. Staff were very helpful. We stayed in the Georgian part of the hotel. Only slight problem was, every time our neighbour went in and out of their room (which was a lot) the door really banged during the night. However this did not ruin a really fantastic stay we had. there. Thank you

Our room (Heart of Oak) was simply stunning. Everything was beautiful. The only issue I had in the room was that the gorgeous floor was very very slippery. Even with bare feet it was very slippery. Food in the restaurant and bar was lovely but breakfast was not up to usual standard (I stay here frequently) as they had problems with the coffee machines and didn't seem to be quite ready for any early birds (I was there around 07:15). It seemed very strange that the stairs were being mopped during breakfast service. But overall another quality stay.

Lovely stay, stayed for 5 nights. Close enough to town but far enough away to not be too noisy. Lovely and great staff - made up the room daily.

Another amazing visit to Morgans and the Georgian in particular. The staff are always welcoming and as we were celebrating my partners birthday I requested prosecco to the room on arrival which was promptly brought. The rooms are of high quality and the cleaning standards are some of the best I have seen, having stayed at 2-3 hotels a week through work, this is not always the case. The locations is great and we love the vibe in the lounge/bar area. Breakfast was self service continental with a variety of choices and a cooked breakfast made to order. All in all a great experience and one we will be returning to.

Wow, what an amazing hidden treasure. We stayed in the royal Oak room in was stunning it was for my fiancè birthday. We had rose petals on the bed and in the bathroom a lovely card and the best chocolate brownie with fruit in the room provided free by the hotel. We dis order prosecco for the room that wasn't in there on arrival, but a quick phone call to reception and it was there in seconds. The room was amazing and I emailed the hotel on a few occasions and all my requests were answered quickly and everything I requested we had. What a brilliant weekend and a fabulous stay.

Such a comfortable stay, and the shower was the best. Really great amenities, with thoughtful and luxurious decor. Would definitely recommend staying here for anybody going to Swansea. We stayed one night and it was a really convenient spot.
