Teníamos dos habitaciones dobles reservadas. Llegamos antes de que estuviera la habitacion disponible y nos recogieron el equipaje hasta ahí todo bien. Cuando llegamos mas tarde nos dan una hbitación y nos dice que no tienen mas, despues de reclamar nos acabaron deciendo que se había roto una mampara de un baño y que no tenían habitación. No se si pretendían que nos fueramos a buscar otro alojamiento. Insistimos que tenian que buscarnos una situación y solventaron la situación poniendonos un sofá-cama que era una autentica tortura. El resumes es suspenso aunque tengo que reconocer el esfuerzo de los encargados de prepararnos la habitacion.

I summarize ; an old-fashioned room, tiny at €100 without breakfast, at the end of a corridor; outdated furniture, damaged table and bedside tables, 3 hangers, no air conditioning, therefore 1 standing fan which takes up a lot of space given the size of the room and 1 small one on the bedside. The tiny bathroom, dilapidated bathroom stall, bath towels where you can see through; Unable to connect with wifi. The must: NO WINDOW, A stuck skylight on the ceiling, which cannot be closed. As a blackout curtain, a board parallel to the ceiling which is slid using a rope which runs against the wall and which is held by a nail, if you pull too hard, everything risks falling!! Of course no soundproofing and a lock that will soon give up the ghost... I will stop there, I will highlight the friendly young girl who does not hesitate to use her application to translate our conversation ; To flee !!

Well located and close to everything, but ridiculously small room: double bed of 130, and barely enough to go around the bed. At the end of July my partner tested positive for COVID and had to be confined just as we started our vacation at this hotel. I called the accommodation to explain the situation since I could no longer cancel the reservation, they told me that they would refund the amount without any problem since it was justified. Days went by and they didn't give us anything back or show any signs of trying to solve the problem. I called back several times and they always put me off, even the last time I called them, they disrespected me, yelling at me and with bad manners. Finally we decided to press through booking and we still haven't gotten anything. 2 months have passed and booking has notified us that this establishment does not accept to process the refund, making it impossible for Booking to resolve this issue. I THINK IT IS A SHAME THAT IN SITUATIONS LIKE THIS, AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT IS DEDICATED TO TOURISM HAS SO LITTLE TACT, NO EMPATHY WITH THE CUSTOMER AND ALSO LACK OF RESPECT. WITH A TOPIC AS SERIOUS AS COVID HAS BEEN AND WHAT PEOPLE HAVE SUFFERED. In short, a hotel with disastrous and unprofessional staff. A ZERO. I have felt CHEATED and I explain it because I hope it helps someone and it didn't happen to anyone else. A shame.
