Struttura con qualche annetto sulle spalle ma ottimamente mantenuta e pulita, silenziosa... A due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia... Parcheggio in loco a pagamento ma molto comodo.. personale gentile, e ben organizzato... Ottima struttura

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 18 al 25 agosto con la mia famiglia ma l’hotel è un 3 stelle e non 4 a partire dalla colazione le tazze per il cappuccino tutte sporche le tovagliette al tavolo non le ha mai cambiate toglievano solo le briciole le camere lasciano un po’ a desiderare la vasca in bagno un po’ datata con un vetro x farsi la doccia abbiamo dormito x tutta la settimana con la vasca idromassaggio sempre accesa tutta la notte sopra la nostra camera e per finire l’ultimo giorno al Kursaal dove si pranzava non avevamo nemmeno più il tavolo nel 2024 non si può fare una vacanza così un’esperienza da non ripetere mai più . Due anni fa siamo stati in vacanza lì vicino sempre 4 stelle ma tanto di cappello non ho trovato difetti . Il pregio di questo hotel è che sta al centro .

Partendo dalla camera retró, poco luminosa e con un letto "matrimoniale" composto da due singoli. Pulizia nella media. Colazione di bassa qualità, le bevande calde fatte da una macchinetta in un 4 stelle non va bene. Se il parcheggio me lo fai pagare devo avere la garanzia di poterne usufruire per tutto il periodo di soggiorno. Peccato, le aspettative erano molto più alte.

Potrei dire che questo hotel di buono ha solo tre cose: la posizione centrale e vicino alla spiaggia, i receptionists gentili e l’aria condizionata in camera. Requisiti che per le 4 stelle sono ovviamente pochissimi. La cosa per me più grave è che la camera non fosse affatto pulita: in terra, grazie anche ai pavimenti scuri, erano ben visibili diversi peli di animale (ovviamente noi soggiornavano senza) e polvere ed il termo arredo del bagno (che non si capiva come mai facesse continuamente condensa che grondava poi in terra allagando tutto) aveva diversi capelli appiccicati sopra. Non ho voluto indagare oltre. Anche la cura della struttura e di conseguenza del cliente lascia il tempo che trova: pareti sporche, con segni neri ovunque, comprese le porte, intonaci cedenti, mattonelle scheggiate (in un bagno non definibile da 4 stelle), vasca con idromassaggio… non usufruibile però perché ne ha solo la predisposizione. Per di più, siamo al mare, per cui il cliente è normale che necessiti di tendere costumi o teli ad asciugare, ebbene scordatevelo, non esistono balconi nè nulla che vi possa supportare in questo. A completare il tutto una colazione, che nel nostro caso era da pagare extra al costo del soggiorno, con sole cose preconfezionate.

Wonderful stay. During the trip, my wife fell ill (the flu). As we waited in the lobby, the woman in the front desk asked her if she could prepare a cup of tea. That detail and extra attention is what made this hotel stand out from others we stayed on our multi city Italian trip.
