Hotel staff service was good when you needed to do laundry or ironing. Turnaround for laundry and ironing was fast within a day. Hotel is a 5 minutes walk away from SM shopping mall.

Room is good, it has two beds so good for two people. Location is accessible to airport, SM Cauayan, terminals, restaurants, places to visits and a lot more. You can say, i's in the heart of the city. Highly recommended.

The kitchen staff in the evening shift are very accommodating. However, for 3 days and 2 nights of stay, they didn't clean the room. I only sleep there at day time and the doors of other rooms were noisy.

Im glad i had book it here, very near to airport,
The staffs are friendly and the location is just right not too crowded the surounding, the room is very clean. And follows all the safety Protocols. 😊

200 pesos, about 10 minutes by taxi (it looked like a white taxi) from Kauawan Airport.
5 minutes by tricycle from SM Kauawan, 40 pesos.
I arrived early, but they did their best to let me check in 2 hours early.
The room is spacious and clean.
The restaurant's coffee and food were very good, and I enjoyed it enough without going to SM.

The parking is a plus because it is secure and a security guard assist in going in and out. The restaurant is good but it can get get more seasoned servers and cooks. we always waited for a while for our food and the coffee was bad. The shower curtains were taped together and a bad water flow for the water. The shower curtains felt grimy and dirty. The staff were polite and friendly.
