Hello, thank you for giving me the opportunity to share an unfortunate experience and I weigh my words. I regularly stay in hotels, Mercure and IBIS, this is really the first time I have complained. So the stay took place at the IBIS MERCURE DE CAVAILLON from Friday April 26 to April 29, the organizer of our Seminar had reserved more than 10 rooms, breakfasts and dinners Friday and Saturday for 18 people. When I arrived on Friday, I wanted to take a shower, I grabbed a towel... I'll let you judge for yourself from the photo. I made the remark, and another towel was given to me… On Friday, we had dinner there On Saturday morning my room key did not work, the receptionist changed it for me three times, she dismantled the lock and allowed me to enter, in the evening when I wanted to go to the room, it still did not work. We had to call the on-call technician. On Saturday evening, a table for 18 people was reserved at 8:30 p.m., we were on time, the choices had been made in advance, we were not yet seated when the plates arrived…. We kindly said that we wanted to have an aperitif before, we were told that in the next room, there were 40 people waiting to be served and that they had priority… My question is how is the priority at Accor? At 9 p.m. still no aperitif served even though we had finished the main course... I went to the person in charge, who told me that we just had to arrive on time and not at 9 p.m.; I then pointed out to him that it was exactly 9 p.m. that we had finished the main course so as not to eat cold and that we still had neither aperitif nor wine... After a while, the aperitifs arrived, some did not correspond to the order… I went to reception to ask to speak to a hotel manager. I was told that there was none on the weekend Sunday morning at breakfast, there was a hellish crowd for just one coffee machine and I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get near of this machine …… the two photos with the timing to judge, although the first was done after about 10 minutes of waiting Monday morning at breakfast same story. I went back to my room and came down at 9am to have breakfast. I was kindly asked for my room number to know if I had paid for breakfast, certainly, there I took it very badly and I said that it was very unwelcome, given the conditions in which everything was organized, I was told that they had been waiting for a second coffee machine for a very long time and that they understood my dissatisfaction. Then the elevator broke down, but that's something that can happen just like lock problems. In addition, the person who had booked only had a trickle of water in their shower
