What a lovely hotel this was. Very modern and immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need. On a very quiet strech of lovely beach. We had a junior suite which had a large and very private terrace with hot-tub. Electronic shutters kept the light out and guaranteed a great sleep! Very comfortable bed & pillows. Fridge big enough to put your own drinks in. We ate at both on-site restaurants - Restaurant Sabbioni within the hotel and the Restaurant Pizzeria Hosteria at the Baia Camping Village next door and all the food was absolutely delicious. Staff were all fantastic. Would undoubtedly return!

We stayed for one night with family. Good base for visiting Venice and its surroundings, vaporetto reachable in 5 minutes by car. Modern and clean facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Good international breakfast with homemade cakes. The only "negative" note was very hot in the rooms.

The good: The property itself is fine, the breakfast is excellent and the restaurant as well if somewhat expansive. The bad: The property itself has no services, everything is on the adjoining camp ground which is not quite the same clientele as the hotel. The three pools are not pools per se , they are kiddie pools with a depth of at most 3 or 4 feet. The pool closes at 6pm which is somewhat weird. The main issue though is that you are in middle of nowhere, the Hotel restaurant is the only decent option around and there is no village within miles, only other camp grounds. Without a car you are basically stuck. There is no way to know all this on the internet.

It is the best hotel ever, very good looking and a nice price. If you would choose any hotel then I would perfer everyone to choose this one, it is very nice and fancy and you wouldn't regret a thing checking into this hotel.

Hotel that deserves the 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️S. The staff is competent, professional and kind. The restaurant is excellent with a good choice of multiple menus. Even the adjacent campsite, whose services can be used, is up to par with the entire complex. The beach is wide and the distance between the umbrellas allows you to take advantage of ample space. The holiday is relaxing, we recommend both the hotel and the campsite. Monica and Vinicio June/July 2022.

Nice hotel, well looked after, practically new. Excellent services. The private beach is beautiful with widely spaced umbrellas. Good catering. Very kind staff. It's a shame that it's close to the campsite and its entertainment which was quite annoying in the evening

We stayed in this hotel for two days in mid-May to get away from work. The structure is very beautiful, modern on the outside and carefully furnished inside. The staff who welcomed us were professional and friendly, clearly giving us all the information necessary for our short stay. Included in the price is the garage and the umbrella with two sunbeds. German, Austrian and Swiss clientele, Italians, two/three other couples besides us. The breakfast buffet is excellent with staff always attentive to the customer but never intrusive. If you are looking for quality you are fine here. Due to the limited time we spent practically all the time on the beach we were unable to taste their restaurant. Maybe next time. Thank you we had a very good time.

I had a weekend with my wife and children. The family room is a spectacle, large, double bathroom, a fantastic bed but above all terrible soundproofing!!! With the windows closed you couldn't hear a fly flying. A huge applause, for kindness and courtesy, goes to all the staff from the receptionists, to the cleaners and to the restaurant staff. We were on half board and I was really satisfied with both the quantity and the excellent workmanship of the dishes!!! We would definitely come back maybe to enjoy a bit of the sea too!!!
