Hi Team, I hope this message finds you well. Visiting places like Goa has always brought joy to our family, and we were really looking forward to our stay at Haathi Mahal. We had heard so many wonderful things about your resort, and our anticipation was quite high. However, I want to share that our experience fell short of our expectations. Unfortunately, we were assigned to a hotel unit instead of the villa we had hoped for, which left us feeling a bit disappointed. While we appreciate the overall comfort of our stay, it just didn’t capture the special experience we were aiming for. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. We came here for 2nd time and we had the best stay at haathi Mahal. Staff has been very helpful and kind enough overall. Danika from reception was very cooperative and helpful she did a smooth and quick checkin for us with good room. Pool and Jacuzzi are clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did their work well. Overall we enjoyed the stay

Everything was perfect. Our stay was very relaxing. The front desk Danika was very very humble and efficient, quick in their service. Kevin and Delino in F&B were very humble and curtious. I strongly recommend Hathi Mahal for a relaxing and homely stay.

We stayed in a beautiful resort known as Karma royal haathi mahal, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could wish for, including a private balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to wake up refreshed each day. The staff at the reception was excellent at their service I would like to mention few names like Franklin, Ashish and Danika from Check in to Check out they were super helpful. Food was excellent. And Pools are clean. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to come here back soon

It was one of the best family time one can ever have... They make it so homely yet in luxury and with pleasure. Right from the welcome to the departure, everyone always attend with smile. Infrastructure and facilities are best in the industry. Also, everything is priced reasonably.
