Atendimento bom na recepção, mas o quarto decepcionou, primeiro pelo cheiro de mofo que vinha do carpete, em seguida as camas muito pequenas, baixas e desconfortáveis. Banheiro limpo e grande.

Chuveiro não tem água quente em pleno inverno apenas água gelada, questionado recepção e os mesmo informam que problema já foi resolvido mas após 5 horas ainda não tem água quente nem morna no hotel, informado recepção novamente e não dão uma resposta conclusiva .

Quartos antigos, tivemos que mudar de quarto 2x pois o primeiro tinha um cheiro terrível de xixi no carpete, o segundo estava com a porta do box avariada.
fomos acertar no terceiro quarto. Achei o cobertor de solteiro curto, pequeno.
Os quartos estão bem antigos, algumas cerâmicas faltando no banheiro, e quartos que ainda possuem carpete com cheiro ruim.
O Hotel nao tem acessibilidade, muitos degraus entre a entrada, recepção e elevadores.
Quanto ao conforto foi razoavel. Limpeza boa e atendimento muito bom.
