Excellent staff, they were all so friendly always greeting you every time as they see you and helpful especially the front desk receptionist Claribel. She was informative of what I wanted to know and she also was able to solve most of my problems that occurred while I stayed at there very nice resort.

Well, for Cuba this is an average normal hotel.
But this is somewhere around 3 stars.
The huge downside is an incredible number of mosquitoes and even more flies. It is impossible to live in peace.
Food - the choice is standard for Cuba, even quite good.

A big thank you to Mary, who would always greet us with a smile when we went to the beach towel hut to exchange our towels every couple of days The Amigos in the lobby bar never fail to make sure you have a drink and cappuccino. The entertainment was good, and at Freddie Bar on Sunday and Monday nights they have an amazing live band that do great Hotel California. The only prob Bring your bug spray it's a tropical country and the mosquitoes and flies our out to get fresh blood
