This was my best experience in Cuba. I will definitely go back to this resort. I loved that it is small and compact. Everything was four minutes from my room, well-maintained and clean. Loved the pool and the beach!!! When we arrived, Raoul at the front desk efficiently registered us in. Adriana answered all our questions and Frank even connected me to the wifi. Debray at the lobby bar provided great cafe con leche and a smile. By the end of the week, he knew to hand us wine in double glasses. Raiza made sure our rooms were tidy. The food was delicious if repetitive, but every morning Yurisebey made sure our coffee was topped up. I’ve been recommending this resort to all my friends and we’re already planning another trip.

My sister and I went for a week for this resort. It is amazingly clean, the food and the liquor was plentiful. The staff extremely friendly! From Raul at the front desk, to Yurisbey in the buffet, Juan Manuel in the a la carte restaurant, Raiza who made our rooms spotless and Dubrey at the cappuccino/ hotel bar. They were all fantastic. The pools were clean and perfect temperature and there were always loungers. The beach had soft sand and lots of chairs too. Weather was perfect We had a lobster dinner on our last night because this is my second time there and my third time will be next year! The only bad thing was the mosquitoes, they held their nose and waded through all the spray I had on and the hotel sprayer. And I felt sorry for the front desk you had to wear polyester long sleeves to look so good.

Excelente lugar, la relación precio calidad es muy buena, los servicios y la limpieza del lugar maravilloso, la atención tanto de los trabajadores del hotel como el personal de las tiendas de caracol entre otras, el equipo de entretenimiento y deporte genial, me gusta disfrutar un buen café en el lobby bar
