The resort is really good and clean, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The food was ok for Cuba The staff do their best to accommodate your needs, special thanks to Lisbeisy lobby bar, Yesenia and Sosa from the entertainment team and Lisbet from Sales. I will come back

There are no words to describe the beauty of the place!! Outside of high season, mild temperatures being in the middle of the sea!! Good service, wonderful room, although the food is not up to par but it's what there is now in Cuba!! Everything is great, thank you

We are return guests. This was my sixth time and it surpassed our expectations! Our favourites were the staff and the beach!! Check-in: stress free. No line ups. You give them your passports and while you relax and have a drink, everything is done for you. When your check-in is complete they take you and your bags to the room. The staff at the desk are helpful if you need a car or a room key re-magnetized during your stay. Room: Fresh and updated. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. Air conditioning worked great! Our maid Kevia made sure our rooms were super clean. Butlers: Very helpful. Book dinner reservations and can answer and questions. Very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Richard, Jose and Dayana. Richard goes above and beyond to ensure our room is perfect. Jose was very helpful and funny. He made sure we were enjoying our vacation whenever we saw him. Jose always makes us smile. Restaurants: The food was excellent. No shortages. Good selection of chicken, pork and seafood. Jorge, Rosario, Yanaidys and Rachel were attentive and sweet. We were happy to see Maidelin on our last day. Special touches, beautiful smiles and great service. Lily, Jailen, Georis and Barbara made us wonderful drinks in the lobby. We missed Jose Luis, Javier and Iniubis. They always go above and beyond and their absence was felt. Yasmani, Gisselle, Leyni and Wandy in entertainment were great. Moises the guitar player was there four times during our stay. He is super talented and is our favourite evening entertainment. Beach: beautiful soft white sand, sparking blue water. Lots of chairs whenever we got there. The beach guys were helpful as always. Delvis’ drinks on the beach were our favourite. Amaury on the grill makes a fantastic sandwich and had fresh mango everyday. Pool: needs some tile repair but it is big and beautiful and always fun in the afternoons. Armando and Yordelvis were fantastic. Looking forward to the next time. Hopefully some of the friends we missed will be back soon.

This resort has beautiful beach views from pretty much anywhere, great room service and helpful staff. Amazing shows at the theatre every night, with great tasting drinks and food at the buffets. Shoutout to all the friendly staff around the resort, like the GOAT Wandy.

Shows at the theatre every night are very nice, as well as the whole entertainment crew that is always there to ensure a fun vacation (shout out to Wendy!) The pool parties/activities always kept us entertained,in general was great with everyone at the resort

Amazing trip, all the workers are very nice. The daily entertainment shows were well done by an amazing team. Top top it off, the beaches are the best in the world and the rooms are cozy/relaxing after a long day of fun. WANDY and ABRAHAM part of the entertainment team ARE THE GOATS, they know how to keep it fun!!

Amazing service and staff. Butlers Rudy, Dany and Richard and Ricardo are amazing and very nice. They make you feel welcome. Home away from home. Kitchen staff is amazing. Thank you VIctoria for great service. Pool bar Armando is amazing. I would come back for the people. The only one issue I had was the resort has lots of cats and I have a phobia. But my rating is for the people.

I had the most amazing time here this week, the people here are the friendliest I’ve ever met at a resort! They do a great job at the activities every day at the pool and the beach, especially the shows at night with the dance lessons. The beach here is the best in all of Cuba. I was surprised at how delicious the food was, they seasoned everything well and food was fresh! Chef george and the other chef here are amazing and we loved the late night snack pizza bar. Our butler Mercedes was the absolute sweetest. Wandy and Andy did a great job at hosting the activities and really made our time here so much fun. David the bartender was so nice and makes the best rum punch. We made so many friends here and I can’t wait to be back! 10/10 highly recommend

My home away from home! July was my fifth visit in two years. Food was excellent. No shortages at the bars or restaurants. We used bug spray on the beach and every evening and the bugs weren’t a problem. The beach was gorgeous as always. No jellies, so we spent a lot of time in the water. Our rooms were freshly painted with great air conditioning! Many thanks to Yasmani, Ysel and Lanie for looking after us in the beach. Rosario, We love you! You take such good care of us. Jose Luis and Javier, even though you weren’t working you met us in town with your families and we had the best day ever!!! Armando, Delvis, thank you for the delicious rum concoctions. Duyani and Richard, our wonderful butlers - thank you for looking after us. And José, thank you for always making us smile and making sure we were always happy!

Wow, this exceeded our Cuba vacation! I’ve been to another resort once before a few years back, but heard about shortages and other things so we didn’t have high expectations. But they have everything you need ! Food was great people were even better! You make so many new friends with the workers and the other guests. It was a chillax vibe and a party vibe mixed together. Were 25 and had an absolute blast. Entertainment every night and pool games everyday. So fun! Thank you Andy on the entertainment team, and Wandy !! The best of the best.

Great experience! The beach is very beautiful and the entertainment and food staff is very attentive. The nightly shows are definitely entertaining and the room is always well maintained! I definitely recommend staying over at Sanctuary!!
