La cama de la suite junior el colchon una pesadilla ....... El restaurante precios demasiado altos por lo que te sirven en el plato y ... sin gusto y viniendo de otro parador nos digo el camarero que ya nos e hacian los descuentos ..... lo que me estraño mucho ... al final s que se hacen asi qi que tener cuidadito a lo que les dice el camarero !!!!

A truly beautiful location with wonderful staff (mostly!). Peace and tranquility in abundance. The hotel needs some TLC and updating. Our bedroom (18) was dated with tired furnishings. The bathroom had a lot of mould in the shower. It smelled damp and musty as a result. The check-in experience was fantastic from Manuela who clearly loves her job. The food (dinner) was acceptable but could have been hotter. All the staff were excellent ambassadors to the hotel apart from Seville (last name) who was obnoxious and clearly found all diners a nuisance! Breakfast was good. Check-out very friendly and efficient.
