Our stay at FILI Hotel at Nustar Cebu was nothing short of exceptional! From January 1st to January 3rd, we had the pleasure of ringing in the New Year in style, and this hotel made our experience truly memorable.
Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Deluxe Room, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with luxurious amenities, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind.
One of the standout features of our stay was the seamless Wi-Fi connection. As someone who relies on a stable internet connection for both work and leisure, this was an incredibly important factor for us—and FILI Hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is meticulous, and the meals are rich and varied. There are places for children to fish, and there are also areas for diving. Feeding sharks is also a good experience.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Availing the executive lounge added up to the fun & great stay we had. Had a nice view from the room & the mall is very accessible. Location wise is good as well.
