It has been our go to hotel when we are going to visit Cebu City for the reason that it is located downtown which is very accessible to Colon and Sto. Nino Church. The place inside is also spacious and quiet.

Hotel without any type of services. Everything closed due to COVID in 2024. Dirty rooms and they don't clean or make up the room even if you stay for two nights.

I don’t know who writes positive reviews about this hotel, so to speak….
The rooms are small, dirty, there is a terrible stench of bleach mixed with the stench.
There are no basic things...glasses, kettle, refrigerator.
There is no water upon arrival either.
The towels were terrible, full of holes, gray from old age, they didn’t even bother to use them.
The rooftop pool is...small and always closed.
Card from number one, go out alone, the second one remains without light, etc., when asked to give the second one, refuse.
We checked in at 11 pm and left this place only after waking up.
I do not recommend it to anyone, even for one night.
Everyone have a good holiday away from such hotels!

I always choose this hotel because it's just a walking distance to my bro-in-law's appointment. Fast checkin and checkout process, no hassle at all. It's also clean and well-maintained place.

Great location with access to a mall and within walking distance to Metro Colon.
Restaurant is closed but overall good hotel at reasonable prices.
