My wife and I tried to call Jelly's Haven Resort multiple times several days in advance with either no one responding when the phone was picked up or we would get a busy signal. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely poor to the point where it wouldn't connect at all from the room. The TV cable signal was so bad that the shows and movies would flicker in & out, freeze on a scene, or completely go black. The AC unit was barely working and while the room was somewhat cool, it was still hot that I slept on top of the blanket. They don't have actual bedding for the beds; it's just a single thin bedsheet, might as well not have anything for all the good it was.
The only good things were the scenery and the food.
