Very nice and very clean hotel to stay for family. With free breakfast. Recommend to stay

No hot water for shower from check-in to check-out.  Very uncomfortable!!
Front desk always said under maintenance...... No any compensation.

Clean, basic hotel. Breakfast included, from 7am to 10am, with a lot of choices. Kudos to Jay-An at the front desk who patiently attended to all our inquiries and requests. Water dispenser provided for, just bring your own bottle to refill from the dispenser.

This time I stayed in Cebu for two days and chose this very new and well-rated hotel, but the result was very disappointing. The hotel’s hardware facilities are good, but the service is terrible. We lived in 5 rooms with 9 people, and there were 3 large backpacks in one of the rooms when we checked in. The room that was already given to someone else was given to us, but they were out. , still refused to change rooms for us, only took away their backpacks, the most stupid thing was that the next day they said that there were foreigners' passports in the safe, and they had to be taken in to get them. The counter lady on the morning shift was really bad, at all Don't take our repeated protests seriously, call them the manager and say that the manager will come tomorrow. I really don't recommend this restaurant, it sucks!
