The front desk staff is considerate, since I requested for a late check out since I arrived late at the hotel. Also a reasonable price.

Good value for money and doesn't feel like budget hotel. In-house hotel massage is quite good and professional.

Nice place for family stay... Swimming pool is cute but enough to enjoy by kids😉

The hotel is old but it still has a lot of value for its price especially if you are on a limited budget. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to my request like ironing equipment. The location of the hotel is also its advantage since it is very accessible and taxis are plenty at any time of the day.

The hotel is along the hi-way very accessible to Ayala malls, Pier 1, Airport,Sm seaside, Robinson Galleria, Market, staff very helpful and friendly, service excellent..... restaurant classy.... I'm happy and satisfied.......

Super recommended ang hotel. Super maasikaso sila sa guest or probably their culture. Maaga kami nakarating sa hotel and since may vacant room pina pasok na agad kami.

It is impossible to turn on the light in the toilet at night if it is not turned on in the room. Washed bed linen. Instead of the additional blanket requested, they gave a duvet cover and also wanted money for it, but apologized for the misunderstanding

Little things like being double charged for a coffee, made me feel uneasy here.
Mainly didn’t like Cebu City itself, glad to leave asap.
