There was a cockroach in the room. The pillows are hard and umcomfortatable. The bidet's water pressure is like for washing your car.

我們住了四天。酒店每天都換床上用品，服務員非常認真，去超市和碼頭打車120p，門口保安大叔主動幫我們打車很方便！

We stayed four days. The hotel changes bedding every day, and the waiters are very serious. It costs 120p to take a taxi to the supermarket and the pier. The security guard at the door took the initiative to help us take a taxi, which was very convenient!

房間比較大，乾淨衞生，早餐不好吃

The room is big, clean and sanitary, the breakfast is not good

I would recommend this but the next time someone says and ask is their free water and they say yes the whole day they give you two waters mostly for free and that's it and i asked the guy do you get free water all day he's like yes so be careful what you say to something that's paying for a hotel

I had brought my whole Filipino family. We had a big room
The staff was nice and helpful and I got my deposit back even though we lost the recite.
The pool was not exciting but okay for a swim.

Before, we just used to passed by Sarrosa International Hotel and Residential Suites, little did we know that the best and very commendable venue for any events is the latter. When we were planning about our wedding, we didn't include to get a venue for the celebration knowing it'd be very costly but we also considered the fact that wedding only happens once in our lives so we decided to start looking for a place as our wedding reception. We had lots of venues in our minds and even inquired about the rates, rooms and such but they're not as responsive as the admin of Sarrosa International Hotel's Facebook page. Though we already had one in mind which is somewhere in Mandaue, unfortunately, their rate has changed so we decided to push through Sarrosa since they both offer affordable rates and great services at the same time.  Right then, we knew we were talking to the right person who has unmatched customer service for she's very nice and kind and she addressed our inquiries and concerns very promptly. We are very grateful to this person since the beginning. To you, Ma'am Charilyn Janier , you have no idea how beyond thankful and lucky we are to have met an amazing and kind person like you. You've never left us and you were so patient and considerate even during the times when we asked for changes. We have no idea what great we've done to have been assisted by someone great; you. Thanks sooooo much for each and everything, ma'am and even on the day of our event, my husband and I have no regrets deciding to have lights to add up to the beauty of the venue. It was the best day of our lives to have experienced such thing at the most amazing venue we've ever been to in our entire existence. 🥺❤️🥰 It's not only the venue and set-up that amazed us, but also the food being served during meal time. Delicious? Nah, it's more than just that. The waiters and staff were so nice and accommodated everyone. They had initiatives to serve all the guests and it's one of the things that I am proud about. We have chosen the right people and place for the biggest and the most special day of our lives. Everything was super super super worth it and we'll always and forever recommend Sarrosa International Hotel & Residential Suites. All the guests have said how much they loved and enjoyed the ambiance of the place as well as the food. Thanks sooooo much for everything, ma'am Charilyn, staff, waiters and Sarrosa International Hotel. We truly appreciate everything. If we were to rate everything, we'll give 101%. We call it beyond perfection. 😍❤️

Stayed for 4D3N in the family suite. The place really is a great value for money. The decors and furniture are a bit old fashioned, but obviously cleaned and maintained. I can't emphasize enough how hospitable their staff were! The service was not 100% perfect but the staff's warmth is enough to make us feel well taken care of at this hotel.   The place is walking distance from some cafes, convenient stores, and restaurants, and if you don't mind walking for about  10-15 minutes, you can walk to IEC convention center (purpose of our stay) and Ayala Center Cebu. A little heads up, if you're attending a conference at IEC, note that traffic tends to be heavy at F. Cabahug St. that's why we often opted to walk. If we ever have another business in the area, I will definitely book this hotel again!  Two things that made me hesitant to give a 5-star review are the breakfast buffet and the carpeted room. The breakfast buffet selection was weird for breakfast and is more suitable for lunch. It's delicious and filling, but I don't really feel like eating chicken curry, pochero, and the like in the morning. There are staples like bread, eggs, cereal, and fried rice, but was kinda hoping for classic Filipino breakfast like tapa, longganisa and such. As for the carpet, it's more of a personal preference. I'm not a big fan of carpets coz I don't think they're as thoroughly cleaned as vinyl or tiled floors.  

The frontdesk Ellen and concierge Claire, Jenny who serves morning breakfast are perfect! Breakfast are all filipino food choices. The service were great thus 4stars. Since keycard isn’t working onset of our checkin, Ellen transferred us to upperfloor with a much larger space, Jayniel is a hardworking employee, who help us from bringing our luggage to room transfer in no time. I only give less one star though upon check out they charged us for one towel which my husband said wasn’t there in the first place.
