Location is a bit hidden so better to book a GrabCar if you’re unfamilliar to the place so that you can pin the exact location. Room is ok for us as we only stayed for a few hours over night to sleep as we have to get up early too to catch an early bus going to Hagnaya port. Over all, decent room :) lady at the front desk welcomed us with a smile :) towels were provided and a kuya led us to our room :) no elevator so be ready to carry your luggage using the stairs :)

A walking distance to fuente and colon, transpo wise. Nearby food resto, jolibee, mcdo, chowking and a lot more. :)

Not a bad budget hotel. Breakfast is quite simple, but still... The staff is responsive. The main problem of all budget hotels in the Philippines is old, noisy air conditioners, and this hotel is also guilty... I didn’t turn on the air conditioner at night, but the sound from the one next door was no quieter 🤦♂️ earplugs helped a little...
