Their lift broke during my parent’s stay so not very convenient as it wasnt fixed right away.

Nice and clean

MCiti Suites is very accessible to transportation. It is near the basic establishments one needs like, hospital, grocery store, pharmacy, and the like. The room was what is seen in the picture. Their facilities are fine. The Suites is clean. The personnel are friendly and very helpful, including the security guards. The food is fine, but it would be better if they have fruits, too.

Their customer service is not good. There were problems with the electric plug as it was sparking and the shower you couldn’t turned off all the way down.

I booked on the day for my family here in cebu since their ferry got delayed. It easily accessible, great with traveling kids and elderly. The staff was friendly and was understanding when we called that we will be checking in late. 👍👍👍👍 Hotel was clean.

Location is near the Fuentes Rotonda which haa nearby restaurants and establishments which are all convenient

all the staff were friendly and very accomodating, location is good and accessible..except the facilities they need to upgrade .. no slippers and toiletries..but overall my stay was comfortable

I lived there four years ago. Everything was good back then. This time I felt much worse. The floor was not cleaned. The shower equipment was a bit old and dark. The breakfast has also changed. The coffee is 3-in-1. The location is very good
