Had zero water pressure for the first 2 days and then zero hot water on the third day, very frustrating...

Very helpful staff - arranged a dive with whale sharks and Island trip to Sumilon for me. If you dive with the sharks you don't have to queue. Nice surroundings with Spanish ruins and open air cinema at the nearby sea front park. Also a cemetery worth exploring next to the fairy station.

Hotel is in an excellent location right along the beach. Staff are also very welcoming. I had a few different issues but the staff did their best to help with these - they really did go above and beyond to help. A few issues were wasp nest in the first room I was shown, second room I was given had a toilet that didn’t flush and a shower that dripped out water. I would stay here again purely because the staff were so welcoming and helpful.

It has a good location. The only problem was the toilet not flushing well.

the best and affordable place in panagsama with a pool (please improve the filtration)... please solve the wifi issue. the staff is always friendly and professional. lot of places to eat and drink in the area. my spot to come each time i come to moalboal

Pros: specious room, nice pool, good location, pleasant staff, nice breakfast and lunch. Cons: very, very old furniture, very bad wifi.

The most important thing is the location, it's a 10. One minute to the sardines and turtles. A simple room for one night is fine. There was no duvet cover or sheet. Just a blanket.

Ha, your money is more than worth it, the only thing is, ask for a room with a new air conditioner, because the old ones are very noisy. The location is good, all the bars are nearby, but it's quiet at night, the staff is great, turtles and sardines are right behind the hotel.

Very budget hotel. The advantages are a wide king-size bed, a huge spacious room. The downside is that the air conditioner blows directly into the bed. Opposite there is a cafe with a good breakfast. The drain tank didn't work, but my husband fixed it himself😁

The toilet floor was constantly flooded with water due to a leak from the water pipe in the unit bath. No room changes. The only thing I could do to fix it was to wrap it with tape, and every time I went to the bathroom, my sandals got wet from the water on the floor, making the floor in my room unsanitary and making me feel uncomfortable. There was no bed making and no bath towels, so I had to take them to the front desk to change them. The toilet didn't have enough water pressure to flush, so I had to pour the shower water into a tub. The shower didn't have enough water pressure and the shower was like a mist, which was difficult because I have long hair. I also go there every day to get shampoo as an amenity. In the first place, I booked a family room for the first two nights, but when I checked in, I was given an extra bed in a triple room, and for the third night I was given an extra bed in a triple room, but I couldn't stay even though I booked a family room, so what's going on? Are you overbooked? Also, there was a gecko in the room every day, which made my child feel uncomfortable. There is a pool and the location is good, but it was a terrible stay.

Very dirty, no water pressure. We had a late check-in (3 nights), the toilet didn't work, we asked to change the room. They kept telling us for an hour that everything would be fixed, but in the end we were moved to a room on a lower level.

We booked for two days, but couldn’t stand it and left the next morning. There was no water. The tap is broken. There was a bucket with a ladle in the shower 😅 it’s a pity I can’t attach a video of this miracle number
